"YOU CAN'T COPY ANYBODY AND END WITH ANYTHING...IF YOU COPY, IT MEANS YOU'RE WORKING WITHOUT ANY REAL FEELINGS"
It’s important to know why you are doing , write down 5 reason why you deserve this goal , when you will have ups and downs , read these 5 reason again and again , and build yourself again and again , and you want to mastering yourself the best out of your doing , in our way to success a lot of doors can be closed , but strength is to know how to keep moving and to find your doors , you must to decide that you deserve it and go into actions , don’t wait to ideal situation, it’s never can be ideal situation , if you believe it you can see it , if you want to be unreasonable, you must act unreasonable, it’s open to me , create mission and accomplish it , that energy you have that can put impact to people round , we must be selective , I have friends who make me grow , then I have intellectual friends I learn from them a lot , I have friends who has same goals as me , we call it team . According to the relationship which we develop we grow from people and projects , we must surround with people who is inspire us to grow. Last chapter of my life is not written yet if you judge me now ,know you judge me prematurely, as I am in process , I am still transforming I am still becoming.

❤️ •Become mindful. People who have more self-love tend to know what they think, feel and want. They are mindful of who they are and act on this knowledge, rather than on what others want for them.
Act on what you need rather than what you want. You love yourself when you can turn away from something that feels good and exciting to what you need to stay strong, centered, and moving forward in your life, instead. By staying focused on what you need, you turn away from automatic behavior patterns that get you into trouble, keep you stuck in the past, and lessen self-love.
Practice good self-care. You will love yourself more, when you take better care of your basic needs. People high in self-love nourish themselves daily through healthy activities, like soundnutrition, exercise, proper sleep, intimacy and healthy social interactions.
Set boundaries. You'll love yourself more when you set limits or say no to work, love, or activities that deplete or harm you physically, emotionally and spiritually, or express poorly who you are.
Protect yourself. Bring the right people into your life. I love the term frenemies that I learned from my younger clients. It describes so well the type of "friends" who take pleasure in your pain and loss rather than in your happiness and success. My suggestion to you here: Get rid of them! There isn't enough time in your life to waste on people who want to take away the shine on your face that says, "I genuinely love myself and life". You will love and respect yourself more.
Forgive yourself. We humans can be so hard on ourselves. The downside of taking responsiblity for our actions is punishing ourselves too much for mistakes in learning and growing. You have to accept your humanness (the fact that you are not perfect), before you can truly love yourself. Practice being less hard on yourself when you make a mistake. Remember, there are no failures, if you have learned and grown from your mistakes; there are only lessons learned.
Live intentionally. You will accept and love yourself more, whatever is happening in your life, when you live with purpose and design. Your purpose doesn't have to be crystal clear to you.

“You don’t owe nothing to nobody” - every black granny/papaw 👵🏾🧓🏾🤷🏾♀️
Don’t their bars always have some wisdom in them?! For real, though! You don’t! There are only two people you owe anything in this world. And that’s -
1. Yourself 💕
2. the IRS. 😩
But let’s discuss number one! It’s impossible to focus on accomplishing anything else when YOU’RE not good! Part of your wellness journey has to be more than workouts and diet. To name a few major players - mental, emotional, spiritual, and financial health are huge factors in well-being. And when one, or several of those, are out of line it can definitely prevent you from showing up as your best self. •
This next statement is NOT rude: You don’t owe anyone your time, money, effort, excuses, or any resource. That’s not to say that you can’t, won’t, or shouldn’t give those - just make sure you’re in a place where you’re okay to do so! And if you’re not, it’s okay to say no. Help yourself and others by doing the self work to get to a place where you can eventually say yes. •
There have been sooo many times when I’ve felt guilty for not being able to do more, show up more, give more, etc. But I had to realize part of the reason why I fell short and wasn’t able to was because I wasn’t where I needed to be. It was a hard pill to swallow, and I’m still a work in progress, but where I used to fall short I’m doing better because I’m learning (how) to take care of me. •
So work on getting yourself there, wherever your “there” is! It’s a journey, and can feel never ending, but the payout is so worth it. Let’s talk about it. Thoughts? Aside from workouts/dieting, how are you doing the work to become the best version of you? 💛
