Oh my days!! First run for over four months (I’m so bad at fitness consistency!!) and after a whopping 2 and a half kilometres I’m a purple pooped person! Collapsed on my bed when I should be in the shower and making the most of the remaining few hours that the littlest is at nursery but I can’t move! See you again in May trainers 😂

How long Does it take to See Results From the Gym?💪💪✌ In general, your body is making changes as soon as you start working out, though it can take about 4 weeks of regular, consistent workouts to actually gain strength, stamina and as long as 6 weeks to start seeing the results most of us are looking for in terms of dropping sizes or shedding pounds
However, because your body isn't working as hard on moderate workout days, you need to exercise for a longer period of time to burn enough calories to lose weight. Try to make these sessions last 45 minutes or longer. If possible, schedule one long workout, 75 minutes or more, during the week.

Here’s a photo of me with no makeup. Worst breakout I’ve had in my entire life. Job stress, home stress, personal life stress. All of these things can lead up to breakouts. As well as a bad diet, not being hydrated. I want to thank @7medspa for taking me in and teaching me more about my skin. I left after my facial with my face feeling very tight, VERY soft and hydrated. I can’t believe I haven’t been doing facials and taking better care of my skin. There are days where I just don’t feel like running or exercising, but those are usually the most gratifying. You won’t always “feel” like it, but choosing to do something beyond the way you feel about it is the type of lesson that builds character. Show yourself you can. It doesn’t need to be a personal best every day, just get moving and your motivation will follow. Motivation comes and goes but discipline will carry you from where you are now to where you want to be. We are half way through January, don’t throw in the towel if you’ve gotten off track for your goals. The good thing about resolutions is you can start them on any day. And today is a great day for it. You are worth it and your future self will thank you for it ✨
