Whatever sickness I had left as soon as it came. I've been fine for the last 8 hours so I took my butt to the gym. It's weird but if I go to the gym when I have a stomach ache I feel so much better when I finish my workout 🤷♀️ Today was leg/butt day...I really need to get better form with my deadlifts. I don't know why I have such issues with that. I also wasn't able to do heavy hip thrusts because I couldn't put a barbell on my stomach because of my stomach ache. I tried to at least add a resistance band but it broke. It's been a great day! Hahaha — THE WORKOUT

one of my favourite restaurant’s ever @fondamexican have some next level VEGAN options at the moment 🤤🌮 as a plant based eater seeing more places introduce healthy, plant based options is a game changer🙌🏼 not only does it mean more people with different dietary requirements can eat together it’s encouraging people to eat more veggies and try different meal options rather than steak and veg or heavily meat based meals, which is a huge win at the end of the day!😍 my partner isn’t the biggest fan of tofu... BUT when he tried this salt and pepper tofu taco he honestly had no idea it was tofu and absolutely loved it, which opened up his views on the humble little soy bean protein which he is now way more open to eating!🙌🏼 creating more plant based meal options creates more opportunity for meat eaters to try some bloody amazing vegan food there is on offer 🌱
