Make sure to engage your core as tighten your tush during every move !!! 3 Rounds of however many you can do (; 1- Pelvic Thrusts alternate with Single Leg Pelvic Thrusts
2-Plank Knee to Elbow (When you move Leg back to starting point squeeze your butt right and your leg high)
3-Single Leg Deadlift (Really pull you core right and think about hinging at the hip and you reach low)
4-Kneeling Knee To Elbow Oblique Crunch
5-Double Toe Tap Glute Kick
6-Plank W/ Donkey Kick
