I’m halfway through week 2 of my newest 6 week program! This first phase is the #commit phase and I am doing just that especially with all the #mentalfitness aspects included in this program!
I totally understand the #excuses we tell ourselves as to why it won’t work. But here’s the thing, it’s not about perfection, it’s not about getting to the end, it really IS about the process and the progress. Making a choice every day to be healthier. When I started a couple years ago, I didn’t completely overhaul my lifestyle in one day, not even one month, hell I still have unhealthy habits to break! I’m always a #workinprogress! But I make the choices to live a little healthier each day!
Here’s what I can offer you to help jumpstart your healthier lifestyle:
⭐️Access to hundreds of trainer led workouts (10-60 minutes per day)
⭐️A superfood shake that fills the nutritional gaps that many of us have in our diets ⭐️Meal plans and tips plus an extensive library of healthy recipes ⭐️Support & accountability in my online community and personal coaching from yours truly!
So if you’re ready to make some healthier habits, come on!! Message me or comment below and let’s get after it! ❤️
12months and a whole lot of work!
This didn’t come easy at all. I [email protected] ups and downs and I lost my way on my journey. I undid so much hard work so many times!
The journey isn’t easy and it’s hard, I struggled but thankfully for @kaylalalala69@naomi_glover@brittenygrace and the wonderful @plumpyourpeach challenges I fell in love with working out and learned to love healthy eating again!
I am so excited to see where I finish with the EHP 8 2week challenge!

👨🏻 “Are you tracking that?”
👩🏻 “Nah, Calories don’t count from drinks...do they?”
Some are still under the illusion that you can’t drink calories...
Sorry pal but a calorie is a calorie, whether it comes from a bottle of coke or a cheese string, IT CONTAINS CALORIES!
Even the majority of zero calorie fizzy drinks contain at least 2cals 🤷🏻♂️
The more calories you take in from liquids, the less food you’re going to be able to consume...I know I’d rather have a bowl of cereal than a bottle of coke and a smoothie
Next time you smash down 5x cappuccinos before lunch, have a think how it’ll affect your food intake 👍🏼

Gym intimidation is something I’m finding v annoying atm 🙄 every gym seems to have those people who walk round like they’re the absolute bees knees, but remember they have no more right to be there than you 🤸🏻♀️ and everyone started somewhere!💪🏼 just get some music blasting and walk around like you’re the only one there and it’s 100x more fun, fake it till you make it kiddos
The first program I committed to was a year ago and it helped me lose 50 pounds. Of course, I was ecstatic that I had finally lost weight, but I was even more ecstatic that I had a workout routine that was more than 3 days.
After I finished this program, I committed to another program that lasted 80 days.
It became more than just losing weight to me, my mental health was changing in ways that I can’t even explain. I felt alive after years of not wanting to live. I look forward to waking up each day and have made healthy habits for myself.
Here’s just a sneak peek of the workouts I get to do from my basement. Even better, the program I’m doing now is only 20 mins a day which helps this girl out since I’m a full time student & working 3 jobs 😅

Have a vision...if you don’t have an end goal you’ll be running in the dark forever. Self discipline and self motivation drive success. Remember why you started and don’t forget where you came from. I always find ways to better myself whether it’s challenging my body or challenging my mental toughness they only way is up. I’m not where I want to be but every rep, every set, every workout puts me one step closer to where I wanna be. I remember when I first started working I had no clue what I was doing I would watch people in the gym and began developing my own techniques. I researched literally everything about building muscle and how the human body works. I started from scratch. Don’t be afraid starving something new because like the old saying goes “the only thing holding you back is the excuses you tell yourself.” #grind#motivation#grind@jymsupps#jym#gym#lift#justlift#shoulders#shoulderworkout#widebody#bodybuilding#bodytransformation#gymshark#personaltrainer#fitness#fitnessmotivation

My go to 1st meal of the day😻
Always have: - ~35g oats
- 30g @phdnutritionuk diet whey
- 20g 80% + dark chocolate
Don’t usually have any other toppings but went for almonds today to get my fats up earlier rather than later (oh and some bleubs on the side- hate mixing fruit into hot choccy oats🍓🍒🍌)
💖💖💖Cannot stress how good Phd diet whey is!!! Honestly, any flavour mixed into anything, hot or cold, makes a delicious cakey texture. It doesn’t taste ‘proteiny’ at all or curdle in piping hot oats which I have found with some whey proteins🤮
Thank you @phdnutritionuk keep doing what you’re doing💖💖💖

All progress takes place outside of the comfort zone ✨. Over the last week I've been to two gyms I haven't been to before. Might not sound like a big deal but I feel so awkward standing there trying to see what there is and where to go. I actually felt pretty uncomfortable the whole time I was there today. No idea why, somedays anxiety is worse than others I guess! So I did what made me feel comfortable and did a full body session on the machines I could see near me so I wasn't wondering around like a lost puppy 😂 physically, I didn't really feel like I pushed myself that hard today, but I reckon it's because I was focussing more on the mental side and made myself push through a 45 minute session in a new environment. So to me, that.
