With no gym facilities since Thursday I’ve mixed up my training. You can workout anywhere! I’ve ran and done a combination of cardio and core. Try this (up hill preferably). All for 45 secs - 5 sets. 1. Bear crawl 2. Crab walk 3. Side plank walk 4. Bunny hops.... enjoy xx

Today’s post is about loving yourself. Too many people feel like they need someone (relationship) to validate them.
You need to LOVE yourself first and then you’ll ATTRACT the love you deserve. If someone truly loves you, you’ll know by the way they treat you.
It makes no sense (in my opinion) for two people to join in union without both being whole separately.
Too many SETTLE for liars, cheaters, (this goes for married couples too) for people treating them less than the QUEENS and KINGS they are just to say they are in a relationship & SOME people front for the gram like they are truly happy. But I’ve seen that some people need to be needed even if they are being used by someone.
I’ve started looking into co-dependency (someone who has the need to take care of someone even though the person doesn’t treat them well), empaths (loving, giving individuals) and narcissistic people (liars, manipulative, users, take advantage of others). If this interests you like this post and I’ll write a blog post on some of my findings.
You need to be able to TRUST who you are with. You also need to be HAPPY. Life is too short to settle for crumbs when you can have the whole damn cake 🍰 (if you believe you can that is). 😘

Looking for something new to try this weekend? Coconut milk, honey, and a touch of spice make these Thai chicken satay skewers sound really delicious!⠀

Cook Time: 6 mins⠀
Total Time: 2 hrs 21 mins⠀
Servings: 8 servings, 2 skewers and 2 Tbsp. dipping sauce⠀
Calories: 257 kcal⠀
INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN SATAY⠀
- 3 shallots, finely chopped⠀
- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped⠀
- ½ cup canned lite coconut milk⠀
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice⠀
- 1 Tbsp. raw honey⠀
- 3 fresh cilantro sprigs, chopped⠀
- ¼ tsp. ground cumin⠀
- ¼ tsp. ground turmeric⠀
- 2 lbs. raw chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cut into 2-inch chunks⠀
INGREDIENTS FOR PEANUT DIPPING SAUCE⠀
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. hot water⠀
- ½ cup chunky peanut butter⠀
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice⠀
- 1 Tbsp. raw honey⠀
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce⠀
- ½ tsp. chili sauce⠀
Instructions For Chicken Satay:⠀
- Soak 16 wooden skewers in water.⠀
Place shallots, garlic, coconut milk, lime juice, honey, cilantro, cumin, and turmeric in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.⠀
- Place chicken in a glass dish. Top with marinade; mix well to blend. Marinate, covered, in refrigerator for 2 hours.⠀
- Preheat grill (or broiler) on high.⠀
- Place 2 to 3 pieces of chicken on each skewer. ⠀
- Grill (or broil) skewers for 5 to 6 minutes, turning every 2 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle, and juices run clear. ⠀
Instructions For Peanut Dipping Sauce:⠀
- Place water, peanut butter, lime juice, honey, soy sauce, and chili sauce in a small bowl; whisk to blend.⠀
- Serve 2 skewers with 2 Tbsp. dipping sauce

Look... I have heard it all!! 🤷♀️Legit every single excuse in the book and a lot of them are reality for many of us!! .
But when you DECIDE that you want to change more than you want to stay the same you FIND A WAY! 💣
Reality... I didn’t have money to buy my start up package when I became a coach & began the shift to working out from home. I put it on a credit card.🙃 And then I found a way to use more coupons, to cut out unnecessary purchases because I knew that I NEEDED this overall solution in my life. .
I found a way to cook low cost healthy meals, I used my crockpot to save time. I woke up EARLY to get in my workout and I surrounded myself with positive people to carry me through the hard days!! .
I chose to stop letting my circumstances define me and I took control of what I could!! ✌🏻 #mesponsible
I stopped the pity party and I made a DECISION!! My friends- it hurts so much to watch people make excuses bc I know how good your body can feel. I know that you can have more confidence, more health and more wealth. But it’s not just going to show up on your front door, wrapped in a pretty box and a bow!!🎁
CHANGING your body and health is hard work! But it’s work that is going to pay you back for the rest of your life.💖 Narrowing down what’s holding you back and taking 1 small step👣 towards the goal...that’s all you need to do right now!

3 X 12, 10, 5 Deadlift. Increase weight as reps decrease and push yourself to lift as much as you can! You shouldn’t be able to do any more than the rep listed.
3 X 8 (each leg) B-Stance deadlift (swipe to see video👉🏼) Use a moderate weight. About 70% of the weight should be on the front leg and about 30% on the back. Today was my first time doing these and I loved them! Courtesy of the master @bretcontreras1
3 X 15 Banded hip thrust. Light-moderate weight. Focus on full ROM and pushing against the band.
Superset - 3 rounds:
12 Dumbbell lying hamstring curls (or use a machine if you have it available)
30 Single leg calf raises hold DB. Hold DB in one hand and touch wall for balance with other hand.

Yup that is why I sitting here. I decided to join the massive workout this morning and not run. 😉I was already sore going in and yup you guessed it I will be sitting here today. .
Don’t mind me on the floor all day! Why did I do full body HIIT and core?🤷♀️ At least I love being sore!😂😂

I heard other day the best explanation about why we should drink water, and it was so well explained as even for me it makes more sense. .
We usually take a shower, right❓ mostly everyday and sometimes more than once, why ❓
To clean ourselves from dirty and impurities. .
So drinking water is exactly the same but from inside. .
We often put creams on our skin and we use the best shampoo and best conditioner to hydration but the BEST WAY COMES FROM WATER. .
So what water does, exactly ❓
💦 cleans the body from inside and whatever we accumulate during the day
💦hydrates the hair, nails and skin
💦helps on fat loss
💦makes your kidneys work properly .
💦helps with headaches and migraines .
💦helps on digestion and constipation .
💦fluxes our toxins and detoxify the body .
The list goes on... do you think you need more reasons to drink more water ❓
How much should you drink❓
Until your pee is exactly the same color than water, then you know you’re well hydrated 💧💧
Start drinking water from young age, and then it will be just normal for you drink water 💦
It is finally the weekend but that doesn’t mean sit back and do nothing! It means get your grind in!! 🙃
Yes you can sleep in! Yes you can relax and enjoy it but get your sweat on after you wake up and before you relax. 😉

Who said that you should look the way another woman looks (who’s never had a baby before), or that you should look like those (rare) Instagram fit women who have “snapped back” post-baby? If that’s not your truth, then guess what? You’re in great company! Most women do NOT look exactly the same way after having a baby as they did beforehand, and you shouldn’t either. Your body has undergone a tremendous transformation, from the inside out, to grow and birth another human being. That is incredible! It’s something to be proud of! Plus, as a postpartum mom, you've just gone through major life changes; not just physically, but mentally, and emotionally too. No matter how you may feel about how your post-baby body looks, it is the body that created that wonderful human being whom you love more than life itself. So embrace your “fupa”, and feel beautiful, sexy, and confident in the skin that you’re currently in. Pull a Beyoncé, and tell your haters to have several seats.

Naturally I am a people pleaser. I want to make sure everyone is happy as well as happy with me but I have come to find that that’s not realistic.
You can give your all to people and it may never be good enough nor match their expectations. Before you know it, you start finding yourself feeling like you’re burning out your ‘tires’ from spinning around in circles at high speed...
Not everyone is our assignment. We can’t change people, we can’t force them to see things the way we do, and we also can’t make people appreciate us... but what we can do is keep loving and living regardless of what people do for us but in a matter that’s not draining you emotionally, mentally and/ or spiritually.
Learning to differentiate what is mine to take on versus not has been something that I am continuously learning and a valuable learning experience in which has saved me a lot of time, energy, and heartache.

There’s days that I eat more than what I’m supposed to eat and there’s days that I don’t eat veggies at all or very little
Ever since I injured myself (2wks ago) I’ve been in a “Eeeh mode” because I’m limited to a lot of things and I’m also frustrated. I need to check myself and get my shit together. Sometimes we need a reality check to wake the f**up! .
