There’s a common misconception that your weight loss efforts can be sabotaged by eating too little.
The basic premise is that by eating too little, your metabolism basically shuts down and prevents you from losing weight.
While it’s true that eating less food will slow down your metabolism, it’s also true that your metabolic rate will always be high enough to make you continue to lose weight in a situation where you’re not eating ANY (or very little) food.
Think about it this way - your metabolism is the sum of all the chemical processes which occur in your body in order to keep you alive. If you’re consuming ZERO calories, and your body is burning ZERO calories, it would essentially mean that you’re dead.
Your body MUST burn calories in order to keep you alive, so it will continue to do so until you literally run out of materials it can use to metabolize. It can’t just stop burning calories because it senses a scarcity of food (this would be GREAT for people who are actually starving). Starvation mode exists and you know it when you see it - prisoners of war, starving people in third world countries, individuals with anorexia, etc. These people are basically skin and bone and have become this way via true starvation. They’re so deprived of calories that their bodies are literally consuming every last ounce of tissue to power their organs and keep them alive.
So, why then might a person eat very little and not lose weight? There are a few explanations.
The first and most common one is simply time. Most people can go a few days eating very little food but not long enough to see a considerable decrease in fat mass. Dieting takes time, and those that try to rush the process by starving themselves can never keep it up long enough to actually see results.
Next would be that a person is actually just completely misjudging their caloric intake. They may FEEL like they’re barely eating anything, but might actually be eating enough calories to keep them weight stable. Food choices (processed vs. whole foods & protein) can have a lot to do with how satiated you feel while dieting.

Genetics will play a small part in how your vascularity looks like but ANYONE can look like this if you're willing to put in the work.

Not many things in this world that fire me up, okay there’s a few but mostly I’m a laid back gal, however what really makes me turn is when girls think they need to look a certain way or deprive themselves to fit into a certain body type to find happiness.
NO, I’m literally screaming no. I went through long periods of depriving myself, of achieving a certain level of leanness, of feeling so hungry I was a zombie and through it all was I happy? Not really because I was never satisfied, i was constantly comparing myself to others and well as I said I was a literal zombie. That’s not living and that’s def not loving yourself.
Through it all I grew tired of that cycle, tired of not loving the body I was in, the body that provides me SO much and allows me to do SO much. So I finally said enough, I started eating more, but eating good and healthy foods that make me feel good and happy. I stopped labelling foods as good or bad, started seeing my body as a wonderful blessing that deserved love and patience. No more comparing, just living each day to the fullest and doing what makes me happy, while pushing towards my own goals.
Please stop comparing yourself to perfectly edited and posed Instagram photos, that’s not real life. Literally every single persons body is different, so why compare? Find what works for you, practice self love, we only have one life so stop wasting your time wishing you were someone or something else. ▶ What are Supplements?
A supplement is something that is added to something else in order to improve it or complete it. It is additional. The base you need to have in any case is a healthy and balanced nutrition. And when we come to the gym, you can say that your success is 65% nutrition, 30% right workout and only 5% or even less supplement based. So if you lack already on the nutrition or the workout, don't think taking a few pills or whatever can solve that. Supplements are only able to enhance what's already there.
▶ My gym classics
↪ Whey Protein - whey is an easy way to enhance your daily intake of proteins. Mostly common as shakes they are a thing for everyone who doesn't reach their macros throughout their regular nutrition.
↪ BCAAs - are a combination of amino acids. Most responsible for muscle regeneration, that's why it should be on your list if your lifting heavy or doing a lot of endurance sports.
↪ Creatin Monohydrate - same reason to use it like for the BCAAs, but having another use. Creatin is enhancing your physical capabilities and supports you in any high-intensity sports.

Static stretching allows you to focus on particular muscle groups, such as hip flexors and hamstrings, or other areas that may feel tight.

Не жрать, как в последний раз и не пытаться отбить путевку едой 😂
Очевидно же, но глядя на некоторых туристов складывается именно такое ощущение🤦🏽♀️
В нашем отеле питание Ultra All inclusive, 24 часа в сутки: завтрак, поздний завтрак, снеки перед обедом, обед, снеки после обеда, ужин, поздний ужин 🤪
Соблазнов много, конечно. Гамбургеры, картошка фри, пироженки, булочки. Мне повезло, гамбургеры и фри мне безразличны, привлекательных сладостей в отеле нет, а булки и хлеб оббегаю стороной #система 😂
Понятно, что в отпуске особо не хочется заморачиваться за еду, можно позволить себе послабление, но важно помнить, что наш внешний вид, зависит только от нас
Отсутсвие лишнего веса - не только эстетика, но и здоровье!
Переедания негативно сказываются на организме в целом. Поэтому лучше кушать в меру и тогда, когда чувствуется голод
Чтобы приехать без ненужного багажа:
🌱 пейте много питьевой воды
Откажитесь от газировки, в ней слишком много сахара и никакой пользы
🌱 кушайте много овощей и зелени
0 калорий, и масса витаминов и минералов
🌱 откажитесь от соусов
Как правило, это лишний жир и калории
🌱замените булочки и пироженки на фрукты
🌱 если очень - очень хочется, то лучше скушать булочку или пироженку утром, а не на ужин
🌱 от мяса/рыбы в кляре лучше отказаться
Продукты, жареные на торпедном масле, вредны не только для фигуры, а, в первую очередь, для здоровья
🌱 помните про физическую активность, не лежите целыми дня на лежаке: плавайте, гуляйте, во всех отелях есть различные активности: зумба, волейбол, водная аэробика, йога
