Let me start off by saying this.
It was hard to sit in front of the Camera 🎥 shirtless knowing I would be putting this publicly out there. WAY OUT OF MY COMFORT ZONE! However, I can’t allow myself to keep getting away with the bullshit excuses and procrastination that’s consumed my life for the past two years.
I know this is not what I am meant to look like but being an individual who finds it hard to resist really good food but until I recently started feeling things that I shouldn’t be feeling at this age was a wake up call to get my shit together Health Wise.
One of my Mentors, Andy Frisella, is the CEO at 1st Phorm and last year there was a transformation challenge he started that I thought about joining but never did, however, timing is everything I guess.
Just 3 days ago I got a message from 1st Phorm about an 8-week Transformation Challenge and at the end of the challenge, the individual with the best transformation wins $50,000 and second place wins $10,000. Talk about incentive.
I know that I am capable of this because I’ve done a 90 challenge back when I was 15 and won an all expense paid trip to the island of Kawaii.
I’ve seen where I can take myself physically when I block out the negativity and the noise that doesn’t serve me and my goals.
Like I said, this is out of my comfort zone, displaying how I look but I can’t wait to share how I’ll look in 8-weeks. However if you want to subscribe to my NEW YouTube channel. I will be submitting weekly videos documenting my journey.
Go to my Profile Page, you’ll be able to watch my video as the link is there and subscribe to see my weekly check-ins.

Tried climbing today for a different type of exercise and an extra challenge. Challenge because I'm terrified of heights but it's something I want to work on so I'll definately go back because it challenges my body in a way regular exercise doesn't. Wish me luck for next time 🤞🏻 #gymshark66@gymshark
Have you ever been out of your comfort zone?
I bet you have!
Did it challenge you?
Did it change you?
Did it help you, and especially help those around you? If so, I’M PROUD OF YOU!
For those of you who don’t really know me, I am SO FAR out of my comfort zone that I could faint - SERIOUSLY!
Look back at my Facebook page & pictures I’ve shared over the years .... Do you see me in many of them?
I’m a shy, private person; I’m self-conscious; I have doubts and fears & I didn’t want you to know that.
ANYONE ELSE THIS WAY? 🙋🏻♀️ The reason I’m sharing this journey with you is because I am changing, working hard daily, & I want every woman out there to feel her worth. I want her to STAND UP, be who God made her to be, & truly love herself - ALL OF HERSELF - because God loves her and made her AMAZING!
God cherishes each one of us & we are worth more than anything to him! Since we are still on this Earth, our journey continues.
I am vowing to help you reach your goal, the goals God has for you, & to love the skin you’re in!
I PROMISE, if you join me, I’ll be with you every step of the way & I will help you meet your goals & feel fabulous. We will have fun along the way & you will be changed 💗
Are you ready to reach out of your comfort zone?
You don’t have to do what I do now, but I guarantee you will change and you will be excited & want to share it with others eventually 😉. But for now, drop your favorite emoji below & get ready to love yourself because you are special and one of a kind ❤️ #comfortzone#challenge#helpothers#helpyourself#shy#private#selfconscious#doubt#change#feelyourworth#youareworthit#loveyourself#standup#journey#fitnessjourney#healthybody#healthymind#healthysoul#strong#strongwomen#strongbody#strongmind#strongsoul#spirit#strongspirit#vow#coach#helpothers#lovetheskinyourein#goals#changed#loveyourself

baby hammies are poking through the lulus 💪🏽 it’s gonna be a good day 🎊 I’ve posted this once before, but there’s no such thing as TOO much Monday Motivation: — “The two most powerful words in the English language are ‘I am’ because what comes after I AM will change your life ... what you BELIEVE after I am will control your decisions ... if you believe you are capable of achieving great things - you will attempt great things.” @fearlessmotivationofficial —
The power of positive affirmations is something not often talked about among normal people like you and me - non-pro athletes, people who aren’t influencers or motivational speakers - but I️ truly believe that its something worth introducing not only to your fitness journey, but also to your day-to-day functions. Every thought you think, every word you speak to yourself or about yourself is an affirmation. All of our internal conversations and consciousness are streams of endless affirmations that we have the power to control and manipulate. Whatever you believe you are capable of will either push you towards your goals or hold you back and hinder your ability to be successful —
Imagine someone shouting in your ear all day, every day saying “you can’t, you won’t, you shouldn’t, you’ll never...” that negativity, that doubt, would wear you down and sooner or later take its toll by brain washing you into thinking that you truly can’t, you truly shouldn’t, and you absolutely will never achieve your dreams. Now imagine the inverse of that voice - imagine your own personal cheerleader. Imagine a voice saying “I can, I should, I will.” Imagine a voice feeding you with positive messages, with self-confidence, and with love. This voice, although idealistic, would motivate you to push through the hard times and to do your best in every situation. How does that cliche saying go? “If you shoot for the moon and miss, you’ll at least land among the stars.” —
You won’t always be in a great mood, you won’t always believe in yourself, and you won’t always think you’re going to achieve your goals ... but if you start believing in yourself, if you start reinforcing that positivity... [continued in comments]

Eric has been training at Thrive for around 2 years, and what an amazing transformation he has made!
Eric is the type of guy that will do whatever it takes, with 100% intensity, to exceed his goals and expectations every single time. Eric served in the Marines for many years and has experienced so many challenges, but the biggest challenge was an unfortunate accident that caused him to lose feeling in the left side of his body, his left calf being torn, and having nerve damage that didn’t allow him to build muscle and regain his strength according to some doctors.
Eric came to me first to learn how to box, but then we got serious about regaining sensation on his left side again, and building strength and muscle again to create more balance/stability/strength in his body. Eric has gained incredible strength on the left side of his body, and at 40 years old, he’s in better shape than he was in the military! You’d never know that Eric had such severe injuries when you look at him now. He went from running a 12-14 minute mile to 1.5 miles in 11 minutes, he can do 20 pull-ups, 60 push-ups in a minute, Dead Lift 385, and he’s only getting stronger, faster, and better with his hard work and dedication. Eric has also been learning boxing and Jiu Jitsu at Thrive for nearly 2 years now too, which has helped him gain serious confidence, and has taught him great self defense skills for his job as a Police officer.
Thank you for trusting in me as your fitness coach, Eric, and thanks for your service as a Marine and a police officer!
Keep on thriving brother!
A cutie with a big booty🤪😜
I can't wait for my trip to Brazil next month 🇧🇷😍 Finally, I will get the chance to get away from all this rain and snow in Denmark🥶
Also I'm going to meet my family in Brazil for the first time, and even though I can't speak portuguese yet, I am so excited for meeting them! 🤩
I have only been in Brazil once before, in Rio, and that was seriously the best vacation of my life! I love the nature and culture there! This time I am going to the south of Brazil, so a bit more cold than Rio - but still muuuuch varmer than in Denmark 😂
