I’m a late bloomer. And grateful for that. For having the opportunity to pick up the skills that I didn’t get round to in my childhood and youth. Some would say I’m lucky because I have the luxury of resources, time and my husband’s support. All true. But more importantly, I say it also comes down to a matter of personal choice. I could as easily spend my time on shopping or having high tea etc... Not saying there’s anything wrong with those choices 😆 But just saying that it’s my choice to spend my time and effort on fitness and health, and personal improvement. Cos that’s what brings me joy and what I believe in now. And when you want to learn, the Universe acknowledges your passion and sends you the people who can and will help you in your journey. Some of my fridge necessities are my detox water (mint leaves, cucumbers and lemons), grapefruit, my green juice smoothies (recipe in my food highlight), and my meal preps from @mealmasters. Now cheat days happen obviously (I love food 🤷🏽♀️), but having all of these in my fridge help me to stay on track with my diet and keep my tummy flat 🙌🏽.
