Class tonight on point! Here's two of my moves to lead this crowd down the path of fitness 😎
Move 1: start in a plank, with a weight between your hands. Row weight while twisting upper body toward the weight, and step opposite leg through, standing up in press. Repeat on other side.
Move 2: starting in center crunch with a light weight held between feet, push legs out while leaning low (recommended hand position is on ground by hips). Then, raise legs in a V-up fashion; reverse moves back to start.

So, after falling off of the wagon recently, and putting on 6 pounds...I felt nervous getting back into pole.
I fell down a while ago in the house and really hurt my arm. I used the pain as an excuse to stop exercising and I started binge eating again.
I was finally starting to feel happy with my body and ready to wear a bikini on holiday soon...I looked in the mirror the other day and felt really low. 6 pounds may not sound like a lot, but for me I can see it on my stomach and legs.. Today I took a step towards getting off the 6 pounds again.
So, here I am. Literally hugging myself for this move 🙈
The second picture I wasn’t going to post because I thought I looked bad. My cellulite also shows a lot in the first picture.
However, this page is a place where I will strive to be real and realistic. No hiding weight gain, or cellulite. Letting you all know when I fall and need to pull myself back up again.
I have been in a low place in my journey, but I believe that I will slowly get back on track! Hopefully in time for holiday in 3 weeks 🦄
