👉 When it comes to fat loss programs, they should be made by following the philosophy above. Of course, there is many solutions/philosophies, but why this one is pretty good? 👇
📌 We are talking about guys who are comfortable with doing fat loss programs made by utilizing this philosophy. Of course, they need to have a good form and experience (well introduced with exercises) as well - because otherwise they could end up injured (the cover photo guy is probably not trained well). If you don't like this, don't force it because you will not be consistent enough - most probably, and that's not good...
📌 Ok, during a fat loss program, you should feel "out of breath" during the whole workout. You shouldn't rest more than 60 seconds between your sets with a tendency toward gradually reducing the amount of rest you take. Incomplete recovery is important for fat loss because "we need to burn some calories" at least... Of course, post-training calorie burn exists after both "pure strength training" and this one too, but I think that this one is a bit better for fat loss (more total calories burned). Yeah, I know, builded muscles burn calories by themselves while resting too, but who said that this philosophy can't include the classic rep schemes for hypertrophy (6-12 reps)? So, the rest periods should be shorter, even with compound movements - that's the main point of this post. If you want super gains, don't worry too much if you are able to do 1 more rep or not because an influence on hypertrophy is almost the same (although it's a bit more work in the 1st case), but when it comes to max strength - always give your max (lifting to failure - but a bit less reps of course).
📌 Other than this, a good fat loss program should include: Compound movements (more muscles included & bigger muscles = more burned calories); density (more both sessions per week and exercises per session = more body stress = more burned calories); progressions almost every single session (more effort = more burned calories); changing exercises every 2-3 weeks (new m. patterns = more body&mind effort because we are not adapted = more burned calories); increased volume

✔Cuidados com os filhos: precisamos nos dedicar, amar, estar presentes nas apresentações e reuniões da escola. Demonstrar carinho com gestos e palavras. Rolar no chão e rir de tantas cócegas, ajudar nas tarefas da escola e contar estorinhas antes de dormir. Ser mãe é muito mais que proporcionar um almoço gostoso e roupa limpinha.
✔Cuidados com o marido: Nos casamos pq amamos nossos maridos e depois que nos tornamos mães, às vezes, deixamos o casamento de lado. Precisamos lembrar desse papel tão fundamental para o bem do nosso lar. ✔Cuidando de você mesma: Você além de mãe, tb é uma pessoa que precisa de cuidados especiais. So this chat is specifically for my folk trying to slim down, lose weight, cut, tone...wherever you fall in the “deficit” category! So here are some tips and things! Hope it helps! 🥑Don’t starve yourself! Cutting your calories too drastically is a no no! You may lose weight quickly at first, but your body will go into survival mode and your metabolism will drop like it’s hot! When you return to a maintainable food intake, you will not only gain the weight back, but probably MORE! It’s a give and take, because everyone’s body is different...but if you’re starving all day...eat some smart stuff! 🥑Focus on super foods! Like veggies!!! This will help you stay full, when you are in deficit mode, and will also give you the nutrients you need for your cells do their thing! Weight loss is a cellular function, so they have to be well-fed abs healthy! 🥑Reduce empty calories! It’s a waste and often do not full you up! Don’t spend too much of your macro or calorie intake (whatever you choose to manage) on foods that don’t matter (like soda and candy and bread and stuff). 🥑More meals, more balanced portions! Try to hit 5-6 balances meals a day. Such as...breakfast smoothie, meal shown above, post gym protein shake, chicken and rice, shrimp salad, tofu stir fry and quinoa. Your metabolism is like a fireplace...meaning it needs wood (food) to consistently be thrown on it to keep it burning! Eating once a day will lower your metabolism and that’s a no no! 🥑🥑🥑

I had a week off Instagram last week because I was so busy I didn’t have time and, to be brutally honest I couldn’t be bothered. But I’m back and I’m curious about something. On Saturday I posted on my stories a video of both @wbrown7 and I doing this exact skill. We both did the same skill yet the comments I received for each were completely different. A bunch of guys replied to the story of Wil commenting on how strong he was. I on the other hand was greeted with comments on how bendy I was. So my questions is this: do we perceive the same skill as being a feat of strength or a feat of flexibility dependant on the gender of the person doing it? I’m genuinely curious. Comment your answer below, I’d be interested to hear what you think factors into this and why, because it is something I have frequently experienced.
