2013, almost 25 years old @ 247lbs w/ baby #3 on the way. Today, 30 years young @ 155lbs. I’ve never struggled with my weight, I was just careless. I’ve fallen off the wagon a few times but I always manage to get back. Working out & eating better is what does the trick. It was a gloomy, rainy day in #Charleston and I am so glad that my workout program allows me to exercise from the comfort of my home, because battling the rain traffic was the last thing I wanted to do. .
Plus it’s the 2nd week of my bootcamp and the ladies I am working with are already crushing their goals. Some losing 5+ inches in just 1 week of following our structured fitness & diet programs!

Hey, yall! My morning sickness is like almost gone.. That was a rough ride. I stepped back on my hrs of working and got lots of rest & it helped so so much.. I would get dizzy from the moment I started cleaning, walking around, working, working out and well pretty much everything... it felt like I had been on a spinning rollercoaster. Im learning to listen to my body even more now that I am growing a precious baby girl.
Also, some have asked how we found out what we were having so early. We did genetic testing ( blood draw.) This wasn't needed but we just wanted to know around the time my sister found it as well.

Hey everyone👋🏽💋 So......everything that happens in our lives is a result of a choice we make. It is proven that if you want a different result, you must make different choices. Easier said than done right🤷🏽♀️ Well let’s see🧐
✔️Choice- Earlier this year, I made the choice to resign from a 9-5 position that paid decent to accept another 9-5 position that paid extremely well.
❌Obstacle #1-I was let go from this position being a newly wed, with limited savings, and desperate to find another position
❌Obstacle #2-My marriage encountered challenges that would for the most part tear any couple apart.
❌Obstacle #3-Less than a month ago, I was involved in a near fatal hit and run car accident walking away with burns on my left shoulder & arm and a cervical sprain.
✔️Lesson- What appears to be the worst days of your lives, is really a blessing in disguise. All of the aforementioned obstacles ignited a 🔥 that won’t let anything or anyone divert me from MY purpose.
So Nicole, what did you do🤔 Well, my husband and I put our heads together, started brainstorming, got to work, and 💥 Nikkie Simone Fitness has rebirth. I have yet to Master my craft, I have so much more to learn, I know I have another journey ahead of me, I know it won’t be easy, but in the great words of Zig Ziglar, “you don’t have to be great to start but you have to start to be great!” ▫️

Ayer les consulte que opinaban de las dietas...Me sentí muy orgullosa de que la gran mayoría respondió que lo importante es el balance de todos los macros, no eliminar uno del todo, o reducirlo a una muy pequeña cantidad 🙌🏼🤗 Yo les cuento, yo hice, la dieta de la avena 😂😫 (me arrepiento de esa, era inmadura y me desmaye dos veces 😂) 👉🏻 Hice Paleo, me senti bien pero de verdad que no lo pude mantener, eran muchos sacrificios y no me sentía satisfecha. Si se que a muchos les funciona hacerla y tambien Keto pero yo definitivamente no me apunto en eso 😂🤷🏼♀️. .

Real Talk: Where do I begin??
Leap 4 has hit us HARD. And we still have 12 days left of it 😭😩. Kaiser is back to sleeping horribly. Waking up every 1.5-2.5 hours. Naps have gone from 1-2 hours down to 30-40 minutes. When he is awake he wants to be held constantly. I, no joke, peed with him on my lap the other day. .
I haven’t put makeup on or gotten out of my pajamas in 2 days. Mostly due to exhaustion and partly due to getting MASTITIS that progressed yesterday. I’m on antibiotics now and am feeling better, but it’s not the way I intended to start my week. .
On top of all this, my husband is traveling for work the next few days🙃 .
It’s one thing after another and I haven’t been able to workout more than 3x a week in nearly a month. Not exactly ideal, but it’s real life. And shit happens in real life that we must adjust and adapt to from time to time. .
I never imagined that at 4 months, we would be back to square one 😭 He is lucky he’s so cute ❤️.
I can either allow these things to eat at me and fall into a sad, depressed state OR I can think about the things I’m grateful for and remember that this too shall pass
Today I choose to be grateful. -Grateful that my older kids can help and are self sufficient in many tasks
-Grateful for Doctor on Demand and Western medicine
-Grateful for wine and bubble baths
-Grateful for God choosing ME to be their mom ❤️
