Hi all, just share an email to to my coach @jeremyethier and also want to do it with you guys.
Actually I’m doing really quite well and really happy with the results. I’m on the 1st group of the intermediate shred.
Right now I’m on the 10 week of the program. I have an special sheet were I can follow all my progress (strictly day by day). The first month I didn’t manage to use the spread sheet to follow my calories intakes and despite that I see a lot of changes (like my waist- losing 8cm)
Then when I start following all my calories intakes (with MyFitnessPal) everything becomes much more effective.
My goal was to lose just 0.5kg a week and its working. I also adjust the calories after the 3 week and 1 day a little bit.
I have seen impressive changes in my body:
Going from 20% of body fat, to 11% (almost 10%) Going from 91cm of waist to 76 cm
From 67kg to 63kg of weight.
The progress is slowing down so the next steps for me are:
Finish this week of the shred program so I can start two weeks (or 1 and a half) returning to my ideal TDEE so I can start making a lean bulking for almost 4, 5 or 6 months (depending on how my bodyfat is going)
For the exercises I’m using the “FitNotes” APP that is amazing to follow the progress of the liftings
For the calories intake i buy the PRO version of MyFitnessPal.
The only thing that I’m not able to see all ready despite my bodyfat is my 6 pack (LOL)
The program is amazing and I’m really committed because I want to have a Greek god body!!!! PD: I also do some calisthenics exercises, or abs HIIT when I’m feeling with more energy. (I’m 44 years old)

🌟 #transformationtuesday 🌟
In 2015, I was working in a hostile corporate environment, trying to grow a fitness blog and shed years of complacency trying to figure out what my path in this world was supposed to be. Stuck with an underwater mortgage and gobs of student loan debt, the only hope for thr future was to continue to grind.
By total random chance (or, by the universe providing exactly what I needed at the time), I fell into a home based business that I knew nothing about.
I was shy, quiet, reserved, and all the things that would make a terrible networker. I had left a job in sales because I hated the pressure and I did not want to start spamming my friends and family. I went to an event that opened my eyes up to something bigger and better and a different way of earning an income and growing wealth that 9 years of college and 2 degrees didn't teach me. .
I was clueless about how I would make it work, but I knew deep down that this was where I belonged.
Fast forward 3 years.
My confidence skyrocketed.
I traveled more in one year than I had in the last 10 years combined.
I made the best of friends.
I started reading so much more.
I learned there is no way someone "should" live a life.
I started to set goals and I started to dream bigger.
Through the networking and growth in this company I landed myself in a bikini competition this year!
The beauty in this business is that work on your own terms. Create your own schedule. Decide what you are worth and it is completely attainable.
I don't even recognize the girl on the left anymore, but if you have some dreams in your 3 year plan and no path to get there, I'd love to share a piece of my journey! 💕
Been feeling much leaner and stronger lately than I have in over a year🤩 Soooo, how did I get here?!👇🏽
1️⃣ I chose to make small changes DAILY
2️⃣ I chose to do something active every single day, even when I didn’t “want” to
3️⃣ I chose to challenge my strength in the gym, lifting 5x per week
4️⃣ I chose to have pizza, wine and dessert when I really wanted it
5️⃣ I also chose to FUEL my body with whole, nutrient dense foods 90% of the time
6️⃣ I chose to LISTEN to my body when it needed more sleep or a rest day
The main theme here?! I CHOSE TO DO ALL THESE THINGS🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️
Putting our health first is a choice. Let’s get past the mental barriers we set for ourselves and choose to do it for our current and future self’s🤗

🚑 illness took its toll 🖕
So after the month from hell, feeling worse than I ever have and being in hospital for some tests I am telling myself to feel better!
15kgs down within 3-4weeks not of my own doing and this is what my current condition is
Feeling flat, lost a lot of size and little to no energy or motivation 😰
I have been lucky to keep some shape but no matter what my results come back I am kicking my arse into gear and sorting my shit out!
No time like now! 🤷🏻♂️
1 year since I injured my hand and couldn’t workout for 3 months. Yes, it was just my hand but I couldn’t do any weight training for upper or lower body because I couldn’t even hold a weight or pick anything up.
I lost so much muscle, weight and all my motivation. I felt lost like I didn’t know what to do with my time or didn’t know what my purpose was.
After getting my cast off, it was hard to get back into it but I did because training is most literally my life. It’s what I love, it’s what I do, it’s my job and lifestyle.
Getting back up after going off track whether it’s from an injury or any sort of reason shows how much it really means to you and how it plays a part in your life. I’m so proud of where I am today and hope I can continue to inspire and help others🙌🏼💗
