I will never forget how I felt before I decided to make a change.
When people say that Herbalife doesn’t work, I take it personal because this is what Herbalife HAS DONE for me.
I have personal results with these products, with this lifestyle, this meal plan and this community. It changed my life forever and no one can take that away.
I remember how hard and frustrating it was taking the “before” pictures. I was feeling insecure and not happy at all with the outcome of my bad habits... because yes! I knew I was there because of me. I was the only one putting bad things into my body Monday through Sunday without caring about my health and wellness.I knew I was the only one responsible of not fitting in my clothes any more😣
I was addicted to fast food, to drinks and to eating unhealthy and I even hated working out. But also I wanted to feel and look good but didn’t know how to start.
I tried crazy diets, I used to starve myself and I even tried to lose weight by eating cereal with milk/ banana for breakfast just because I had a wrong mindset of being healthy. (I ended up gaining even more weight).
I just wanted to look and feel my best, I wanted to be healthy and I wanted to be comfortable in my own skin.
I decided to turn off my fears, doubts and people’s opinions and TODAY I’m more than happy I did.
This morning my left leg was still not right and so we trained #bench and my triceps 💪🏾I need, I want to lift more. I need a new PB 😁🤓. I did almost 70kg.... MyZone band said I worked at 72%, burned 428kcal, cool!!!
When I did #squats Friday my IT-band/hamstrings tightened up so much that I had a hard time walking up and down the stairs, the whole freakin' weekend! Basically, my whole body just hurts and it still hurts... 😨🤪
It took me a while to find this #10yearchallenge 😂😂
Why did nobody tell me my hair was so bad 😂 I guess everybody had hair like this then though!

Throughout this time I have earned a degree, worked as a teacher, quit my job to travel the world working on a cruise ship. I met some of the best people in the whole wide world and also a few of the worst. I have gained courage and strength through hard times, battling my own self love and depressive behaviours after a destructive relationship. I have picked myself up and built strength I never knew I was capable of, both physically and mentally. I have developed a love for the gym, through finding it in my darkest times. I have chased my dreams, training as a personal trainer. I have built up my own business and left a job that drained me. I have lost some friends but equally gained some amazing ones, now I get to travel the country seeing them. I am thankful everyday for the journey I’ve been on. None of it was easy. But it’s made me who I am today and I’ll be forever grateful for that 💛
