100kgx17 on close(r) grip bench. Before tearing my pec (twice) I was good for 30+. Still hopeful I might get back up to that again on my next gaining phase, although I doubt my pec is ever going to get full strength back. Tried out the @vivavivera ‘steak’ today in our peanut butter satay veggy curry with a mix of jasmine rice and cauliflower rice C 731 c 86 f 29 p 34 and a million of your five a day. Defo don’t like it as much as the ‘kebab meat’ but still pretty good, not sure about steak taste but good meat taste. For a the first vegan meal I’ve made in a long time this was pretty good. Trying to do at least one to two vegetarian and vegan meals a week for the planet and all, @vivavivera does make that so much easier for a massive meat eater.
