Mixed almond milk with chocolate protein powder and poured this over fresh strawberries and a new peanut butter granola. Topped it with a scoop of vanilla Greek yogurt. May not look the prettiest but sure does taste good! When looking for cereals and granola make sure you pay attention to the amount of sugar. Companies love to add way more sugar than necessary to make things taste good. A great way to make the cereal/granola sweeter is to add your favorite fruit which can be either fresh or frozen!

Ran two laps at @savagerace Charlotte on Saturday, was a great venue! My hands made it through 90% of the second lap then the sawtooth tore my calluses and blood blisters open 🤕 nonetheless was an awesome weekend! The 2 laps totaling roughly 13 miles and 56 obstacles. Race photos coming soon! Gear used: @salomon vest and @vjsportshoes this will be my setup for all races this year. @salomon Vest is light and doesn’t hinder range of motion, best hydration setup I’ve come across. @vjsportshoes Shoes were also incredibly light, comfortable, and grippy on the obstacles. If you’re in the market for shoes or a water pack, I highly recommend these two!!
Since the gym was basically empty I decided to film my workout like the fit chick I truly am. Everything is sets of 10🤩 curtsy lunges, assisted chin-ups (bc weak), goblet squats, single legs RDLs, and pause squats because pOwErLiFtInG. This is what happens when u leave me @ Dallas
👩🏻🎨Needed a lil sip sip after dim sum the other day and stopped at Joy Yee. After asking the cashier 101 questions 😂 I ordered unsweetened coconut milk with grass jelly and added my own stevia drops. It was nice to know their drinks can come unsweetened! I’m definitely getting a fresh fruit strawberry drink with chia seeds next time I’m in town 😋 Definitely going to recreate this 🌟ketodashian style🌟 and when I say that, I mean gonna ask Vy 👩🏻🍳 to make it 😂😂😂

Going out for food is one of life’s many pleasures but when you’re dieting it seems like a prison sentence.
My advice, enjoy yourself but don’t lose sight of your goal. Chose meals that fall in-line with your eating pattern if possible. If that’s really not going to happen, plan your day accordingly and focus on damage control.
You always have an option to sit back with all your excuses or you have the choice to do something about it. It’s all about priorities, stop comparing your progress with others, it’s about how you were and how you are right now . Be honest with your efforts and strive for progress ,even a small progress is better than no progress. Fitness is not just about looks , looks are a byproduct of having a healthy lifestyle , so focus on making it a lifestyle and not a one time thing to get to your temporary goals.
