I get asked a lot why I need to work out because “you’re already skinny”. I workout because I like it and just because someone is skinny doesn’t mean they can’t workout. My goal is gain muscle and be stronger and healthier all around. 👌💪🏻. It’s always been something I have loved doing even since I was little. I remember doing 100 sit ups everyday when I was like 12 haha. I’ve also always loved eating healthy. At family parties at my grandmas she would get sweets and stuff for everyone and say she got me a veggie tray 😂 To this day I would rather eat healthy foods than unhealthy so maybe that’s why I makes it easier for me? I don’t know but I just know I love to workout and seeing results! Have you been saying you need to workout but haven’t!? I challange you today to get in at least 15 minutes of exercise no matter how you do it! 🏋🏻♀️

I'm pretty sure my own children have only seen me without makeup a handful of times so posting these pics are huge for me. I suffer from skin issues and after an outbreak my face is puffy and dry for days! Add in being a mom since I was a teenager, I thought bags under my eyes were just a part of me 😴. I've been adding a scoop of collagen peptides to my coffee every morning and using natural face cream (coconut oil mix) aaaand WOW 😍. My skin has never been so glowy and hydrated.. especially after a breakout 👏🙌👌. Before pic was the beginning of the week fast forward to today and how quickly my skin has bounced back ❤😳. A little more recovery, like more than 12 hours, might have been in my best interest according to @jstringf lol but I had to get it out of my head. I still didn’t hit what I wanted but I did better. More reps are more reps. If I fail, it won’t be because I didn’t give it everything I have. #19point1

Busy trainers shouldn’t have excuses for not fitting their workouts in. Sad to say that’s been me over the past few weeks trying to juggle a full 6 day work week filled with both 1-1, partners and online coaching and of course, our music @thedustbunniesworldwide So now its time to make a comeback, and throw in squats,
or whatever I can fit in in-between clients always with a focus on form. Today with a sore hip I’m just repping 75lbs (so you don’t have to zoom in, please don’t judge 🤭 - footwear also not the best for squats ) I’ll send more progress updates and prove to you how anyone can pull it back together. It just takes making Fitness a priority and getting it done no matter what! Soon I’ll be back into routine on a 3 days on one day off protocol which works best for this hard-gainer body and I’ll get that squat way back up.
