en effet ces derniers mois je me suis un peu oublié suite à des problèmes personnels et physique...
La pente étant remonter et la motivation retrouver
J’ai décidé de me tailler pour cet été

Posting this is honestly so embarrassing. I never realized how out of hand I had let myself get. I went through some hard stuff that put me in a dark place which caused me to gain a lot of weight. Over these past two years I’ve worked hard on getting myself healthy again. From around 220 to 155 now, I am so happy to see myself now compared to where I was! Even through a rough twin pregnancy and a hard year with twin babies, I’ve continued to lose weight (even though it was very slow), and now I’m so close to my goal I can finally taste it! What’s crazy is that I have gained more than I have lost. I’ve gained a new sense of confidence, two jobs that focus on fitness which I LOVE and I get to help others while helping support my own family, sooo much more energy to get out with my kids and run around, and just a new happiness with myself. I’m so happy I started this journey. If you’re struggling and think you can’t do it, I promise you can! If you want some help or don’t know where to start, I am more than happy to help you! If you just want some new clothes to make you look even better, I even have those! 🤣🤣 so get out there and crush your goals!

That face when you finally push through a SIX MONTH plateau and drop five pounds! I’m currently at the lowest weight I’ve ever been as an adult and I feel stronger than ever! I have 10 more pounds until my big goal, but I’m so happy with my progress!

Total body workout: 4 combos. Do each one 5 times. 3 rounds total.
🏋️♀️Side-side plank with arm reach to ceiling, tuck hop feet to chest, stand, overhead press, back to plank.
🏋️2 deadlifts, hammer curl, overhead press, curtsy lunge on each leg.
🏋️♀️4 plank arm rows, hop tuck feet to chest, plank jack.
🏋️♀️Squat, punch arms, hammer curl, overhead press, curtsy lunge each leg.

Planking is very efficient and will strengthen your abs . Perform each exercise for 30 seconds for 2-3 rounds 😊😊

I haven’t weighed myself in a while but I’m around 146lbs standing at 5’3’’ .. Around 25% body fat .. 🍑 I’ve birth two children and have stretch marks from my boobs to my thighs ! 😂 But I’m ok with that! I’m not perfect and won’t claim to be .. I live my life in balance.. Enjoying the yummy foods while maintaining my goals ☝🏽..I’m sure you guys have heard it plenty of times before ! Balance ! Find your happy balance ⚖️
