I know most you know I’m a body builder but what you probably don’t realize is you’re lifting weights in the gym, you’re one too! You don’t have to be a competitor to be considered a bodybuilder.
Think about it, if you work hard in the gym with the purpose of BUILDING muscle and shaping your body into the body of your dreams, you’re a bodybuilder. Now, you may not be a competitive bodybuilder- but you’re still at the gym working just hard to build ya body, so don’t discredit that 🔥💪🏽
One thing that I see discourage a lot of people when they first start lifting is that it takes time to see results. Building quality muscle mass definitely doesn’t happen over night. In fact, it can take months to add mere 1-2lbs of muscle for women! So, you can imagine that it’ll take years to truly build your muscle and shape your body into the one of your dreams.
If you think I was born with this booty, you’re def wrong! But, I’ve been lifting heavy weights consistently for 4 years now. Which means I’ve been at that gym hitting legs 3-4x weeks for 4 years now and it’s just been within this past year that my glutes and my body is starting to hit the ratios I’ve always desired. && Tbh, knowing that I spent HOURS at the gym over these past few years to build this body gives me even more confidence! &&& If you stick to it long enough, you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about😉🔥 ___
