It's time to drop some tough love!! When I talk to people about starting a health and fitness routine, I hear lots of excuses and fears about why they can't.
Want to know the one I hear the most? "I don't have time." I am calling BS on that one!! Here are some ways to "find" time: ~ Drop some tv time, I promise you won't miss it!! (Honestly... you won’t) ~ Are you playing Facebook games? I’ve heard people say they don't have time, but then reach level 1 million on a mindless game. ~ Get up 30 minutes earlier. Yes, I KNOW it sucks, but just do it, you'll feel better. Trust me, I did it, you get used to it. (Check out Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod)
When you make the shift and take that time for yourself I promise you (and your family!!) will feel SO much better!!

Sooo, as I sit here waiting for it to stop raining and power to be restored following #hurricaneflorence I am also looking ahead... A ONE HOUR Workout is just 4% of your day!
Meal prep Tuesday!! 😋 I don't have a specific day or time for meal prep, it simply gets done when I have the time and this morning at 8am I had the time!! Roasted veggies are one of my favorites....super easy (cut up whatever mix of veggies you like, sprinkle with a lemon pepper seasoning & olive oil and cook - so simple) and they taste amazing!! 👌

Some of you don't know but I run a small mobile training business here in LA and we are BOOKED up 🙏🏻 I know y'all think I train all day long and have oodles of time on my hands 😂but the truth is NOPE 😬I train everyday except Sundays and anywhere from 5-9 people a day. I also teach classes throughout the week and do online clients in the evenings 🤓so today was one of those "days" where I had very limited time. My point is we all have the same hours in the day. So we have to fit in what we can, when we can and believe me it DOES matter☝🏻
For me today went a little like 20 min cardio in the am between clients (because I slept in 🙀) I did my "weights" for 40 min between my lunch and afternoon clients( did not get sweaty 👍🏻) and I finished with 30 min of cardio to end the day before my last client at 6:30. Yes, it was an effort. Yes I could just take a rest day. And yes I could have just done my cardio. Here's the 1 single thing that has kept me fit and focused. Listen up🗣I don't give into my excuses EVER. I just DO it. Every day. Except rest day 💅🏻Every week, every year. Commit to your health. Commit to your future. #yourworthit 🙌🏻 Now this rant is almost over but before I go. This was part of my cardio I did. I kept moving and using multiple muscle groups to keep my heart rate up and then I finished with 15 of treadmill uphill walking. Total workout time 30 min-cycle through a circuit like this 3-5 times or time yourself and just keep going until the alarm 🚨 sounds

So the coolest part for me when I was putting this together this week was my last workout from Liift4 rd1 is in here and just still feeling the joy & sense of accomplishment from completing the program in its entirety!
