It’s the beauty of the feminine to have compassion, forgiveness, empathy, joy, softness, gentleness, receptivity, sensitivity, sensuality, pleasure, flexibility, flow, creativity, fun, and all forms of expression.

Feminine power is NOT about being a feminist. It’s about all inclusivity. Loving and honoring the masculine too. All beings and things. Feminine power creates unity and harmony.

It wasn’t until I really started competing that I enjoyed working out upper body! Now, all I can think about is wanting to cap off these shoulders more and more! Let’s get it 💪🏽
TODAY’S SHOULDER/TRICEP WORKOUT:
1️⃣single arm side lateral raise 15 reps (4 sets)
2️⃣barbell shoulder press 12-15 reps (4 sets)
3️⃣bent over rear delt fly 12-15 reps (4 sets)
4️⃣ball pushups 12-15 reps (4 sets)
5️⃣one arm kick back 12 reps (4 sets)
6️⃣close grip bench press 12-15 reps (4 sets)
Our dishwasher went the way of all mankind. We are renting, so it took about three weeks for things to turn around. Suffice it to say I’ve been doing triple duty with these bad boys and out dishes. Made me smile to appreciate the privilege of a dishwasher. ❤️
