This morning I woke up and was affirmed with the power of food in the physical and spiritual. Feeding our souls with toxins will only produce negative energy. Watch what you ingest, the information you allow your brain to receive and analyze the affects it has on your mood, and love towards yourself for the world. Then do the exact opposite... feed your soul with high vibrational food, plenty of water, cut out Instagram and news and vibe to chill hop, jazz or positive mantra stations. Quickly you feel love and positivity warm your heart. Finally tried out making some savory oats. I cooked oats on the stove for ~5 mins with milk, salt, pepper, turmeric, fresh thyme, and garlic powder 👍
Also, very irrelevant to my food, but I’m trying out the #curlygirlmethod curlygirlmethod today, so we’ll see how that goes 🤷🏽♀️

We got to try three premium flavors of @magnoliaicecreamph, all using carabao’s milk so you’ll really taste the difference (so creamy!). Today we had Avocado, Pastillas, and not in this photo is my favorite — Kesong Puti, with tiny bits of cheese that make the texture playful. 🍨

We’ve been really into learning about #wealthmindset and #moneymindset for the past 3 years.
Surprisingly over the years, we’ve really grown to enjoy talking about it and learning about it more and more.💸 Looking back at our past #bingeeating times we noticed something HUGE.
We also had binging shopping sprees.👗👜 We would buy all sorts of clothes, or whatever, then later we would feel so ashamed that we bought all of it. Plus most of it we never really wore.
Both our overeating habit and overspending habit came from us not handling our emotions well or not facing what truly was going on inside us.🙍♀️ Can you relate?
Food and shopping gave us that instant satisfaction.
We eventually stopped both of these as we finally realized these habits were hurting our quality of life in ways that we would never imagined.
We started to approach things differently.
We started to sit more with our emotions.
We worked on changing beliefs that were hurting us &making us feel not enough.
We first focused on our fitness and our bodies.💪🏼 Then moved on to our skin and health.🥰 Now doing it with our business and money.🤑 You might be thinking what does this have to do with anything. And why should I care about money?
Maybe you believe money is evil or it is bad to want it.
We had those beliefs too but have switched that lack mindset.
Because the connection of the state of your finances and our mental and physical health is crucial to our overall well-being.🤯 Just like food, money is always going to be in our lives.

Our inner child is that part of us who fears, has been hurt, and needs nurturing. When we are good parents to that part of us then we help return innocence to that child giving that part of us confidence and freedom. When that happens we find more inner peace and courage to move toward goals that we desire.
Rushed Wednesday mornings mean easy 5-MINUTE PUMPKIN YOGURT BOWLS. 🎃 ✌🏻I definitely overslept this morning and had some seriously weird dreams last night— 🤔- we can talk about that later. 😂ANYWAY. Have you tried this yet??? Perfect for when you’re craving a smoothie bowl but would like it to be a little less chilly before you go defrost the car, ya know? 👌 You can also use sweet potato purée or any winter squash for the same wonderfully orange bowl. Usually I just use canned pumpkin for the ultimate lazy seasonal breakfast! OH, and they really do take just five minutes. READY, SET, GO, I’ll time ya! First to finish gets a @sejoyia cookie. 🍪 😎😜
I like big bowls and I cannot lie... I can, however, cringe at my own jokes 🤣 Every color Fall bowl today with a little something you probably haven’t seen on my feed: red meat! I’ve been slowly trying out grass-fed lamb in my diet and it’s been making me feel more full and energized. A few things I’ve learned from my transition of meat back into my diet: 1) if you don’t eat meat at all, your body loses the gut bacteria you need to digest it. Re-introduce it in very small portions to get it back. 2) meat should be a garnish, not the centerpiece of a meal. Veggies are still #1 in my book and are going to stay that way🙌🏻 This is a bed of @peteslivinggreens cabbage with roasted red kabocha in @chosenfoods 🥑 oil and @wildfoodsco sea salt, radish, roasted chickpeas, beet hummus made with @lovebeets, creamy 🍄 made with @kitehillfoods yogurt, micgrogreens, tomatoes, and grass fed lamb meatballs I made with lamb from @wholefoods and Italian seasoning.

Realized it some years ago. You are YOU. What you think is yours and not everybody else feels like you. Your 'normal' will never be the same as your neighbor, friend or sister. It is yours. So never take something too personally. Learn to live for yourself, by yourself and always do your very best 💛

Camden market is one of my favourite street food markets in London. Been going to it since i first moved to London 5 years back but its changed so much! Its now so much more organised, clean and the range of cuisines on offer is so immense🤗 #camdenexperience
But coming back to @papparichuk I absolutely loved their food. Satay Chicken and fried chicken were my favs but pretty much every dish they did was packing a punch. Cheap n chirpy Malay food. CANAI possibly find something better? 😂
