Today’s workout was transform_20 #faster by shaunt and #Liift4 joelfreemanfitness Week 2 Day2 Back/Biceps. I feel the arms burning. Then it was Day 15 of blogilates #100abchallenge Sticking with it thus far has been a mental challenge for me. But I’ve been making great food choices and keeping with it. I do not want to let myself down.
Backing up yesterday's efforts with a high intensity 5k. Feeling great. I never thought having a child would make me a faster, stronger runner. ... а в наш этот раз @1world2ways & @froggoaround , мы узнали чтобы сделать все очень срочно, достаточно 15 минут на то, чтобы выйти из аэропорта "Клиа 2" и около 40 чтобы войти обратно. Потом спокойно захватить ништяков из дьюти фри, перекусить малайской еды и обратно в вернуться в Балийскую рутину.
Кстати да, я таки приступил к записи аудио подкаста WTF №6 и исполнению новогоднего запроса!
When asked how to jump higher/run faster, usually my go to answer is to increase flexibility, jump rope/perform other rudiment level plyo’s, start basic strength training with a qualified S&C, and jump high/run fast regularly.
But when you’ve been doing all of that for a little while, you’re going to need progressions eventually.
Here are a few of my personal favourites, from eccentric absorption, all the way through to shock method.
