Garage Mini Makeover is complete! This is the door we use as our Main Entrance so we didn’t want it feeling old and dirty anymore! We were able to do this for super cheap since we typically have primer and white paint laying around(although we had to buy more for such a large space). I also always have my door color hanging out around the house because I use it a lot. .
Walls and ceiling have been painted, doors, step and trim freshened up, added a bench to put shoes on. I got the beautiful sign from @handtreatedhome (watch my stories and stay tuned for another sign post) I made the the wreath on the door after watching a tutorial from @athomewithkendra and the small “Home Sweet Home” sign on the door is from @michaelsstores. Rugs and shoes racks we had and the rubber bins are from @hobbylobby. .
Tell me what you think in the comments! Thanks for being patient, I know I started this a couple weeks ago! .
I'm loving green in my kitchen right now.🌱 A friend gave me some Geranium cuttings. There are 2 kinds, one smells like roses and the other like lemon. Crazy!
I'm rooting them. Haven't done that in forever. 🌿

Our stems, sprays, spheres and trees may be a bit more expensive than some places, but I promise you, the quality of our greenery cannot be beat!! Stop in this week Tuesday through Friday 10 to 5 and Saturday, for our harvest festival, also from 10 to 5 to see what’s new! ❤️
Happy Monday! My hubby's birthday was on Saturday and mine is not very far behind, so stay tuned to see what kind of celebration we'll be having right here in the shop 😉! In the meantime, if you're loving the rusty warm tones for fall, this pillow cover is perfect! I designed it with a solid faux leather on the backside so that you can simply flip it to change up the look. It'll work all year long! This is a limited cover so when it's gone, it's gone!
A short story:
Once (or twice) upon a time, in the great state of Texas, I met a fabulous and feisty and funny gal called Kim Leggett. I liked her the moment I saw her...she exudes PLUCK from a mile away. Also, she laughed at all my jokes, which is the quickest way to my heart.
Recently, Kim wrote a stunningly gorgeous book called @cityfarmhouse Style. She included a feature called "Pickin' Places" and, much to my grateful surprise, mentioned my little company as the ONE spot to experience in Oregon.
Yesterday, at Powell's downtown, I finally had the book in my hands. Trust me when I tell you that it was really hard for me to NOT scream out loud, run through the store and force *every* *single* *person* there to pat me on the back. I did INSIST that the cashier look. And the 2 gals at the Information Desk. That was all. Maybe.

_🇺🇸EN_ Of course, I enjoy posting aesthetically beautiful photos/videos. But I don't want my blog to be centered around that. I want you to be inspired to change the world, one step at a time 💡_
_🖼️ While hiking, I notice a house, with people going in and out. I come to them, we don't speak the same language, but a few hand gestures & smiles later, I am in. The woman asks the young girl to sweep the floor, I offer to do it instead, partly because I consider they don't have to clean for me, and as well to help them. I do so, spend a few minutes fully immersed, and finally take pictures after getting their approval. Sweeping was a very simple thing to do indeed, but small gestures go a long way 🤙_
_👋 Time for YOU to inspire us: Mention a simple gesture you've made or got 🙏_

Who’s excited for Thanksgiving? I love Thanksgiving. It’s such an awesome holiday. The family time, the laughs, the games, the food etc...
What’s your favorite thanksgiving dish? I think mine would have to be my moms candied yams. I hated them when I was young but love them as an adult ❤️ This sign is available in my shop (link in my bio) *

Rae Dunn inspired personalized Christmas ornaments. Only $5.
This hand hewn oak beam is full of character and an awesome story. This beam was part of a large barn built circa 1850 near the Sourland Mountain of New Jersey. This barn was being demolished after sitting neglected for years. Woodrow & Co was happy to salvage most of the beautiful hand hewn timbers. This piece can be used as a coffee table or even a bench. The dark finish emphasizes the hew marks, character and sheer size of this beam. It’s incredible to think about the work put into constructing these barns in the 18th and 19th century. #woodrowco#knowwhereitcomesfrom
It starts to talk about Christmas decorations, I do not know if I'm there yet. I love Christmas, but I have to enjoy the fall first and say goodbye to summer. To be honest, I miss summer so I share a summer pic today 🤗💜 I hope your weekend has been amazing, warm hugs to you all 😘

✨This place has grown over time. From what started as a vacant old grain barn to the beauty it holds today. You feel it in the atmosphere, a deep sense of vision, where dreams have come true along with belonging, hope and inspiration at every turn. 🙌🏼
I remember my first time here getting to see it in the construction phase. Then celebrating those dreams during their first annual Silobration, onto many more great memories that unfolded. For me, it’s not about the shopping but about the inspiration I get from here and more importantly all the amazing people I have been able to connect with.
I have been able to go to many “Silobrations” before but will miss this one. Yet, I hope to help you with any tips for your journey if you are coming here. Look in my stories to reply back in the question box....I will be sharing answers to your questions this week. Stay tuned for my highlight called Magnolia. Look a few post back to see my tip on how to have the feel like you have this place all to yourself. 😌
If you have visited before, what’s your favorite thing to do or your best tip?! Are you coming to Silobration?! 🧡
Loving the window views...one window skies and the other, a silo. ✨
