Missing the beach so much 🏖️ Warmer weather is starting to hit the Philippines making it a perfect time to waddle in the sea 🌊 Can't wait for our next beach adventure.
How's your week looking? .
Brutally cold today but coming across this guy made it worth it.

Did you know you can also visit the Redwoods at night? When we were there in the daytime I had seen some pretty cool looking photos from the nightime light display so on our last night in Rotorua I decided to take a short drive out to the Redwoods to check it out. I was surprised to see the parking lot nearly full and a long line for the treetop walkway. They have several different type of lights and colors which give a different and interesting perspective compared to the day.
I enjoyed walking thru the forest at night and especially not having to worry about anything, where I live in Thailand you could never do that unless you wanted to risk getting bit by a cobra.

Beaches in Hawaii are magical. 😍🏝Which beach in Oahu is your favorite? We lucked out and had our own private beach on the North Shore that was as kid-friendly as it gets. Baby waves, no crowds, and the softest sand! Drop your favs below! 👇🏻👇🏻
Sun is out, silly faces on 🌞 Seems like whenever we need some type of break, adventure, rest, space, or just some time for us... the sunshine, palm tree skies, sandy feet, and some water fun always has us covered!
Even with all the extra things we have to bring for the kids, the not so much rest time, and double the effort in getting us all cleaned up aftermath 🤪 it IS STILL all so worth it. My mind feels more at peace being out here with them. Very thankful for all these moments. Each and every new day! 💛 #livelife#crazyhairdontcare#adventuretime#familytravel#familyfun#jifutravel#palmsprings#dasrozomom

Exploring, discovering and wandering around the Lost Gardens of Heligan as we talk about everything from mushrooms to stories to pollution to art to jobs to music. I love how much of our learning happens outside in the most unexpected places. ❤️
Where do your kids learn best?
India is a huge country and unless you are taking a couple of months off to travel, it’s hard to cover it all in one trip. If you are traveling with kids, it might also be overwhelming for an extended period of time. We recommend two weeks for a good start, allowing for some down time, and to get around.
Most people start trips to India in the capital city of New Delhi and then travel around. This makes sense because Delhi has a lot to see in terms of India’s politics and history, and because it’s an easy launchpad to some of the country’s most famous sights such as Jaipur (the Pink City), Udaipur (the “Venice of the East”), Khajurao (known for its ancient Hindu temples and sculptures), Fatehpur Sikri (former capital of the Mughal Empire), and, of course, Agra, home of the Taj Mahal. #indiawithkids#familytravel
We are jet lagged and looking very much like post-apocalyptic zombies. So, for my first pic of Singapore I pick this stranger who's looking like he's in his element -- knows exactly where he's going (completely the opposite of us) and definitely my hero for wearing long sleeves and pants in this humidity! 😅
This is a plant that marveled me as a child. How can something so cute and fuzzy grow from the earth. I didn’t know it’s name then but now that I know I don’t think I could have handled such information. Meet the Fairy Duster. 🧚♀️

Man, mom’in can be tough. We haven’t been able to catch a break with being sick and being up all night for what seems like months on end. Plus trying to navigate the attitude of a 2 year old and figure out the best plan for discipline while still being loving and showing kindness... Most days I am brought to tears out of sheer exhaustion. If you are in the heart of parenting young kids right now and it’s tough as heck, you are not alone! •
Also, if you’re wondering why Maddux appears less and less on my feed it’s because photos are the thing he is least interested in in life right now, and I have no interest in trying to force him in to taking them 🙃 PS. New blog post titled Monday Musings, all about what’s been keeping us busy, a house update and sharing more information about Jurassic Quest. Check for the link in my stories!
Do you even remember those beach moments before kids? The time when you could ‘work’ on your perfect suntan, have a cocktails or a beer, read a book or doze off for a moment. ..⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Everyone told us that our travelling days would be over once we had kids. I’m not going to lie to you…travelling with kids is challenging. The logistics are totally different compare to the times when you were travelling as couple. You always put them first…in any decision you make. You will be less adventurous, because you look for their safety first. It definitely sometimes feel like you are packing half of the house when you go away. Oh I can go on for ages. However if you wait for the ‘perfect moment’ to take them away for the first time or to do this long-haul flight, believe me ‘this moment’ doesn’t exist. Whatever age they are, there will be always some challenges. Just do it if you are passionate about it. I’m pretty sure they will be bitten by the travel bug too! Honestly you will have so much fun!
