Here's a couple of things I finished in the past two weeks at GCA. My practice neck, which has some flaws, but I think I did alright for what it's worth. Then, my body template, which will be used to get my project body ready to be shaped out. This thing is gonna be sick, I can't wait. Finally, I did a few re-frets, this is my third one. I'm not a photographer, so thug life eat fresh.
Inspection of our yarn in the conditioning room. Conditioning is an important step in processing IKKI. It serves to stabalize the fibres making up the yarn to optimize further processing. We are involved in every step of creating IKKI and want you to know how important this is to us.
Wool being a natural fibre adapts to its environment and needs just the right amount of moisture content while processing for optimum quality. If this is not the case the fibre and yarn can be ruined during processing causing them to easily break.
