I remember the expanse; the lack of vegetation; the stark contrast between the white snow and the black road; the dramatic colours; the never ending blue hour; and the unforgiving howl of the wind. Pulling over in our rental Jeep and grabbing shots like this. The familiarity characteristics reminiscent of the Canadian winter, presented in a foreign land, as I drove in the thick and unrelenting snowstorm to reach our hotel, followed by a visit to a geothermal outdoor sauna while we basked under the moonlit open skies. The crashing of the waves ashore, and a tour guide yelling at us, warning to not to get too close or be swept away forever. In three days I was able to collect memories for a lifetime. #Iceland, please don’t change too much before our next visit.

Alright, alright, alright. The tropics were beautiful and all, but time to get back to my creative environment of choice: the desert. Had such a great time experimenting with light painting with Will last weekend. Thanks to @ericparephoto for the great tubes and endless inspiration!

Definitely, enjoying summer even if it’s quite dull outside! Happiness blooms from within. #Vodkarus your #FuelToFly

#thoreaubackthursday | “We need the tonic of wildness...” and I’m pretty sure when returning to land from this boat ride I was only marginally seasick, if at all.
21/365 - My first “photo-trip” to Cayey. That day i met Gloryleen and without even knowing her, I made a mini session with her & this was our result. You don’t have to know every person you shoot with to make art, you just gotta go with the flow and the results will be truly amazing. Trust your talent and enjoy it.

Been going on a lot of road trips and visiting to new places lately. All I can say is that I’m enjoying it 💯. Btw, this is a photo of an amazing hidden gem I found during my road trip to the Pine Tree Hill. One of the most beautiful and serene places I’ve ever been.
