Somewhere I once read that to live a full life you should have lots of "first's" and also have them often💭 So ask yourself, when was the last time you did something for the first time?💥
Last week I tried out kick boxing for the very first time!🥊 It was something on my bucket list for a very long time and it was even more fun then I imagined it😀
Doing something for the first time can be as big as traveling to a new place, going skydiving or as simple as trying a new cafe, a new food or taking a completely new route to work!✈🛣 New experiences help add excitement and a break from the mundane, but also help you discover new interests and passions😊 How boring would life be if we did the exact same thing everyday?! I dare you for this week to try something new and let us know what you get up to!🤗

❗️EXERCISING WHILST PREGNANT ❗️
So I’ve been asked plenty of times “are you sure you should be doing that?” Well, yes otherwise I wouldn’t be... duh 😅
So here’s the lowdown on working out whilst pregnant...
• No exercising on your back, you can do it in the first trimester but personally I would say don’t after 8 weeks.
• Don’t raise your heart rate beyond 140 bpm, overheating and over doing it in general isn’t good for the baby
• Stick to exercises that keep your arms below your heart, so that’s a no to anything above your shoulders & head. These exercises raise your blood pressure which isn’t good for the baby. • No jumping, jarring or twisting. Keep your feet on the ground girl!
Exercises that are great for pregnancy are walking, swimming, squatting and prenatal yoga or pilates 👌🏽

Late back session was 👌 Had the conversation with someone today in regards to “self worth” and how it’s something we get to declare and must take full advantage of. I’ll admit there was a time in my life that I depended on other people to justify what my worth exactly was.. My mental and physical health were both a reflection of it. I depended on them to make me feel a certain way about myself which left me vulnerable through difficult times in my life when all a long I should have been the one declaring what my worth was. It took me quite some time to be able to master this but being able to do so has enabled me to do so much and grow as an individual. A strong body is shit without a strong mind to match which is legit where everything starts in life.. You have to see the person you want to become, the physique you wish to develop, life you want to live etc.. before it actually exists. Allow your mind to stay fixated on that image each and everyday and then work tirelessly to bring into existence. Declare your worth, then scream it for the world to hear 🙏💯 #PostTrainingThoughts#BackDay#ConfoKilla#CreateYourWorth

Starting physique! Not too sure where my weight is at right now. All I know is that after months (literally) of letting my body recover, everything is finally feeling balanced out. I’ll keep this short share that I’m currently 3-4 months out from my first planned show and so damn excited!
