The rate of #aclsurgery has increased over the last 20 years, but the rate in pediatric #acl has remained fairly steady-slide 2 ✅longitudinal studies are very helpful in such circumstances. ✅gender trends are also very interesting. ❓do you see pediatric ACL patients ❓what is the best surgery ✅very interesting study just out in AJSM comparing 3 different age groups and surgical procedures.
❇️concern with pediatric ACL is sparing the #growthplate ✅in this study, group 2 had a higher #rate of #revision and lower #returntosport rate ❗️caution- level 4 cohort study, unequal group numbers (although considering prevalence it would seem appropriate)

😂😂 You don't have to see God to know He exists. God says in the Qur'an that there are signs for people who understand.
In the Qur'an chapter 2 verse 23-24, God makes a clear challenge to humanity if people think that the Qur'an is not from God. The challenge is to bring one chapter that is like the Qur'an (a chapter can be very short). This was especially significant to the Arabs at the time of Muhammad PBUH, who were shocked by the Qur'an's revelation. Many Arabic scholars to this day consider the Qur'an to be the finest piece of work and unmatched in Arabic literature.
Of course many people will make excuses to deny this argument, but many people are determined either way to find any excuse to deny God and deny the Qur'an. They refuse to accept God, regardless of whatever they learn. It is possible to deny almost anything if a person really wants to.
There are also other features to point out in the Qur'an and the life of Muhammad PBUH to indicate that the Qur'an was from God, such as the Qur'an's structural and mathematical coherence, historical accuracy, the life of Muhammad PBUH, his actions and choices that indicated his sincerity, and otherwise.
But to even know these things, one has to learn about the Qur'an. One has to learn about the life of Muhammad PBUH. So many people talk so much about the Qur'an when 3/4 of the information they get about the Qur'an comes from Islamophobes and religious bigots. They barely even know any verses of the Qur'an.
For more information on evidence that the Qur'an is from God, see the work of Hamza Andreas Tzortzis, a researcher who wrote a book named "The Divine Reality," and has a number of online posts that you can find (look him up).
Also see this link below, where there is a compilation of evidence and talks from different sources on Islam and the Qur'an:
THE MEANING OF LIFE Muslim Spoken Word poem video (interesting):
But in the end, there will remain those who insist on rejecting God. The honest people out there can open the Qur'an then open their hearts.
And consider, always, every day, the determination of the grass to grow despite the unending obstacles.

Mary Oliver, thank you. for giving words to our joy and our grief and the shades thereof. for showing me that you don’t need a rhyme scheme to make poetry out of words. for creating in a manner worthy of creation. for the truth of your life and words, thank you. rest easy, Mary.
Didn't really think much about the latest normie trend on here. Then it hit me: this year the person I am today will be around 10 years old! My apologies for the absence, I've had real world issues to deal with. Make no mistake, though: I'll be back, and angrier than ever! Keep an eye on this page: there will be a lot of info coming from here, assuming it's not shut down by the end of the year. Smooth sailing people!

This question gets asked A LOT. Which means it has been researched A LOT.
The bottom line: it really depends on what your goals are. Both are important, but we only have so much energy we can dedicate to a workout. As you have more energy at the beginning of a workout, that's when you want to focus on the type most relevant to your goals.
Researchers have found that it doesn't really matter which type you perform first, but you will see slightly greater improvements from the first part of your workout than the second, so choose accordingly.
If your goals are more focused on gaining muscle mass, strength, or power, do resistance training ("weights") first, and then any aerobic exercise ("cardio") you want to perform. This is typically the most recommended if you plan on doing any serious weight lifting so you can have optimum form before fatigue sets in.
However, if your goals are to improve cardiorespiratory fitness, speed, or endurance, you can perform aerobic exercise first, then move on to any resistance training you want to do.
Alternative 1: Dedicate a full workout to just resistance training (e.g. leg day) and a full workout on a different day to just aerobic exercise (e.g. spin class).
Alternative 2: Perform a mixed workout, alternating aerobic training with resistance training.

Every day, 22,000 children go missing? Maybe now after declaring that the blood of the children has been scientifically proven and approved to revitalize the old there night be a solution? It is called vampirism. And just guess who are the ones capitalizing on its rejuvenation benefits? Can you spell Globalist Deep State elites?
Trilobites (meaning "three lobes") are a group of extinct marine arachnomorph arthropods that form the class Trilobita. Trilobites form one of the earliest-known groups of arthropods. The first appearance of trilobites in the fossil record defines the base of the Atdabanian stage of the Early Cambrian period (521 million years ago), and they flourished throughout the lower Paleozoic era before beginning a drawn-out decline to extinction when, during the Devonian, all trilobite orders except the Proetids died out. Trilobites disappeared in the mass extinction at the end of the Permian about 252 million years ago. The trilobites were among the most successful of all early animals, existing in oceans for over 270 million years.
By the time trilobites first appeared in the fossil record, they were already highly diversified and geographically dispersed. Because trilobites had wide diversity and an easily fossilized exoskeleton, they left an extensive fossil record, with some 17,000 known species spanning Paleozoic time. The study of these fossils has facilitated important contributions to biostratigraphy, paleontology, evolutionary biology, and plate tectonics. Trilobites are often placed within the arthropod subphylum Schizoramia within the superclass Arachnomorpha (equivalent to the Arachnata), although several alternative taxonomies are found in the literature.
Trilobites had many lifestyles; some moved over the sea bed as predators, scavengers, or filter feeders, and some swam, feeding on plankton. Most lifestyles expected of modern marine arthropods are seen in trilobites, with the possible exception of parasitism (where scientific debate continues). Some trilobites (particularly the family Olenidae) are even thought to have evolved a symbiotic relationship with sulfur-eating bacteria from which they derived food.

You get to know/meet a lot of cool people on here. Recently, @petethebarber_ messaged me and said he wanted to get rid of some CD’s. However, he wanted to make sure they went to a good home, and asked if I was interested in taking these off his hands. Of course, hah! These albums are just some of what he sent over. Thank you for these bro, as well as for the note that can be seen on the second slide. It truly means a lot! I try to keep this page as a welcome mat for people to voice their questions and opinions in a respectful manner, and I try to get back to everybody. Salute to everyone who engages! Bless. @petethebarber_#RappinAndSnackin
