You can find a variation of this question on the first major survey I led the development of. It is based on one of my FAVORITE theories of all time - Policy Attribute Theory which suggests 5 key policy attributes that lead to successful implementation of a reform. More on that soon ⚡️
This question in particular is used to measure the construct of specificity - or, in other words, how prescriptive an initiative is. Any thoughts on whether more or less specificity is correlated with success???! The answer may surprise you 😉
On a personal level, this question cracks me up... because it always makes me think of the Gnarls Barley lyric:
🎶Ha ha ha, bless your soul
You really think you’re in control?🎶
Academic & spiritual. Lovin’ it. 💗
Pay attention when someone says, "I was just being honest." There's a such thing as selective honesty and it only benefits the person using it. Whereas, righteousness will order their words and actions all the time💭
💥 Constant Assessment 💥
Every movement we see as coaches is an opportunity to assess our athletes ability to move their body in space.
Can we easily identify weaknesses or limitations to address in the future? @michael_boyle1959 calls it the 💩 test.
If looks and smells like 💩 it most likely is 💩. Sometimes the best solution is the easiest. Regress the movement or lighten the load.
This change in demand allows the athlete to move with more intent and control. Lightening the weight might be the best cue in the game.
👉 poziom zadowolenia klienta z sesji,
👉 poziom obserwowalnych zmian w reakcjach i zachowaniach klienta.
Pytam o rolę coacha i mentora.

It's Tuesday! I'm writing two reports and trying to tidy up after a very long few weeks! How about you? Are you planning for the beach this week? Or maybe you're already there? ⛱ Working far from the beach? No vacation in sight? 😔 Or something in the middle? Comment below!
#mentoring Last week was the launch of the mentoring program in #geneva , where the #singapreneurs met with their mentors for the first time! During the launch event, they explored ways to develop their mentoring relationship over the next 6 months, reflecting on how to give and receive effective #support , while communicating their own experience and needs!
#Art and #PSS training - Level 2. Why and how make #evaluation of our activities with the #children ? For exemple, to ask their feedbacks and opinions about the activities by putting a ruban in the right column as a way to express our #opinion
We have begun data collection for the final evaluation of the #iLEAD Fellowship in Akwa Ibom State.
Our first stop was Etoi where we engaged teachers, fellows, G&C and students.
It was a pleasure to hear teachers mention that the students who were part of the programme are now self-aware, self-confident, inquisitive, able to identify and take advantage of opportunities and they are able to speak up for themselves.
The significant difference between these students and their colleagues is their show of compassion to junior colleagues thereby facilitating peer mentoring to support their development.
The fellows in the programme acknowledge this and mentioned that the opportunity to deliver the employability, enterprise and entrepreneurship curriculum was a rewarding one which helped them begin a journey of self-discovery.
For the fellows, the greatest impact for them is the reorientation of the way they think, the way they see life and overcoming fear of the unknown.
They have a strong realization of what it takes to succeed and have raised aspirations of wanting to contribute to Africa had the world and wanting to be a part of something bigger than what they had in mind hitherto.
Two key learnings came to light in our interactions today; first whether we are reaching the most vulnerable of the vulnerable. There were suggestions that we go into the rural context where there is a prevalence of early marriage, teenage pregnancy, child labor and HIV.
The implicit notion here is that when these young ones know their worth, these things will reduce significantly.
Secondly, the realization that young people are not a homogenous group.
There is a tendency to assume that young people want to be entrepreneurs but we are quickly beginning to learn that some people just want to have jobs and build careers and so it will be useful to extend our understanding of entrepreneurship to accommodate the notion of intrapreneurship and other nuances.

Does your child need to see a Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician?
If your child has a developmental, learning, or behavioral problem, a developmental-behavioral pediatrician has the training and expertise to evaluate and care for you child.
Developmental-behavioral pediatricians evaluate, counsel, and provide treatment for children, adolescents, and their families with a wide range of developmental and behavioral difficulties.
Developmental-behavioral pediatricians understand that children’s development and behavior happen first and foremost in the context of the family. They seek to understand the family’s view of the problem and the effect of the child’s problem on the family.
Developmental-behavioral pediatricians advocate for their patients with developmental and behavioral problems by working closely with schools, preschools, and other agencies involved with developmental care and education.

As pretty as it was today, I missed them (my family). It was one of those days. Let me have it. After waking up from a nightmare, baffled with a new guilt over one who passed. Doing my morning routine & finding understanding. Getting out felt good, but my heart's loss was re opened. Triggered with memories around the city. Normally I'm grateful for the life I had & to be moving forwards to the next one. It all got too much, especially after recently finding out that for the last 3 years I was applying for the green card lottery by paying a potential scam website. Instead of directly, with the USA government website (which is free!!!!). I swore I'd never get scammed & thought I did my research. Oh man. That & recently turning 36. Feeling like my body clock is ticking, since I put my whole life on hold till I get to LA. I left a beautiful life, he's happy & I'm still chasing. Nothing has eventuated, nothing has even moved forward. It feels like almost 4 years have been wasted. I'm not feeling negative, I'm just realizing some truths today.
Getting really sick & wishing I didn't attend a recent event, that I knew I'd resent someone for after. Only added to it. Don't ever feel pressured to do something that doesn't feel right. I ignored my gut. I forced it. It's all experience & I never regret. To make my goals happen, It's going to take a re evaluation of the people I'm allowing into my space. Are they helpful? Are they distracting? People hate on people chasing big goals, because you need to be "selfish" in order to make them happen. Being in hospital & having no one there for me or to call was the 1st trigger this week. Enough, with it all. I won't let it all be for nothing. Head down bum up. Locking in a new job to get me there & saving every penny. It's been the 1st treat week in over 2 months, but no more take out or movies. That's it. I'm self disaplined in so many other ways, so now it's time to level it up again. I can do it. And nothing is wasted, I've built a very resiliant & educated character. Life experience is never wasted, never regretted. Just gathering perspective. Now it's time to grab what's mine!!! ~ Sapphire Hope

Feedback from mamas - I am always so grateful when clients send me feedback, particularly as they have their hands full! When evaluating and de briefing each client experience with my mentor as part of the Doula UK recognition process, I am reminded that you really never stop learning in this job! And that’s part of why I love being a doula ☺️ There’s always a new challenge, something to research and of course lots of learning from other doulas and from clients. And every single experience with a woman is completely unique, no days at work are ever the same... keeps you on your toes - best job in the world I’d say! .
Hola!
Artificial insemination (AI) is the manual transfer of semen into the female’s vagina. Basically it is a two step procedure: first, #collecting semen #from the male ; and second, inseminating the semen into the #female . In poultry, depending on the objectives and goals of the farm or laboratory, there may be intervening steps such as semen dilution, #storage , and #evaluation .
Artificial insemination is practiced extensively with commercial turkeys. This is primarily the #result of #selective breeding for a heavier and broader-breasted commercial turkey and the consequent inability of toms to #consistently transfer semen to the hen at copulation. The broiler industry has not adapted AI to the extent of the turkey industry but it is occasionally used in pedigree lines and in #regions where labor is relatively cheap.
To grasp the magnitude of AI in the #turkey industry compared to that of livestock, a hypothetical flock of 500 breeder hens #inseminated with 100 μL of diluted semen (1:1) twice the week before the onset of egg production and once weekly thereafter for the 24 wk of egg production would entail 13,000 inseminations using 650 mL of semen. It should be apparent with these numbers, semen #collection and hen inseminations are labor intensive as each male and #female must be handled each week.
Looking back over the use of AI in the turkey industry one can safely say that in the 1960s, weekly inseminations were based on semen volume per dose #using undiluted semen. In the 1970s and early 1980s, breeder farms began to dilute semen and inseminate a known number of sperm per dose. In the mid-1980s through the 1990s, hens were initially inseminated a week before the onset of #lay and inseminations were performed with a known number of ‘viable’ sperm. Currently, while inseminating before the onset of #egg production remains widely practiced, most #companies , but not all , have gone back to #inseminating a #known volume of semen or number of #sperm per dose, in the 1970s and 1980s.
