After 3 years of being away from Australia, I’ve decided to revisit the country where I discovered my true power.
While living here, I went through some traumatic events. I could’ve easily wallowed in self-pity, yet something inside of me came to life: a hunger to be my best.
I know the phrase “I wanna be my best self” is overused - especially in the coaching industry.
Yet, that is exactly what I decided AND I backed it up with action.
Australia is a gorgeous country, but the land is unforgiving: if you screw up in the ocean or in the mountains, you’ll know about it.
I had to step up my game, be more prepared, more driven, more focused and more relaxed too.
It’s wonderful to be back at Bondi, where I ran along its shores after kms of swimming training.
I cannot wait to reignite the passion back in me!!

Twenty years ago my mom got this light blue denim skirt (2nd pic) in U.S.A and it has passed 10 years since she gave it to me. It has been one of my favorites. Unfortunately it got dirts which stood out and difficult to take off. I sent it to an indigo dyer to hide the dirt. After a week, it was changed dark indigo color and you cannot see any dirts on it (see the 1st pic)! But I still have to repair the broken zipper😂
When you pledge to quit #christmasshopping and spend the time rather in the open air than in shopping malls.
When you choose to be present for people than giving them presents.
When you are not blinded by the glitter and glamour, fame and flatter.
Nature rewards you with her own generous gift of beautu to remind us that her giving is not limited the "wonderful time of the year".
Here always, has been, will be.

The animal agriculture industry is not exactly renowned for being planet-friendly. The process of rearing, feeding and slaughtering animals uses far more water, land, and food resources than the process of growing plants for direct human consumption. A huge amount of the planet’s total land area is occupied by the livestock system, 23 percent of global freshwater supplies are used to grow livestock feed.
Earlier this year, it was revealed that just one major meat-company – Tyson Foods – was a bigger polluter of U.S. waterways than oil giant ExxonMobil, having pumped 104 million pounds of toxic waste into rivers and streams between2010 and 2014.
Climate change has been driven by levels of greenhouse gases (such as methane and carbon dioxide) produced by human activities. Emissions generated by the animal agriculture industry are responsible for a significant proportion of the world’s overall greenhouse gas problem. The United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) has put forward a conservative estimate of 14.5 percent, while other groups such as The Worldwatch Institute have estimated that the figure could be as high as 51 percent.
Bearing these statistics in mind, the World Resources Institute (WRI) is now seeking to raise consumer awareness of the issue through their new paper, “Shifting Diets for a Sustainable Food Future.” - One Green Planet 🌎. 💚🌱 #sustainability#greed#deforestation#worldhunger#animals#gogreen#savetheplanet#bethechange#gogreen#environment#ecofriendly#crueltyfree#consciousliving#ethical#education#food#dairytruth#awareness#vegan#justice#lifestyle#humans#nonviolence#peace#mankind#unfucktheworld#savetheplanet#climatechange
