With views like this throughout The Canadian Rockies, it’s no wonder that this area is one of the most popular destinations for both local and overseas visitors! // 📍Somewhere along Banff National Park.
If hearing or seeing the word waterfalls brings you back to 1994 when TLC released their smash hit “Waterfalls” then you’re not alone.
In other news, this is Takakkaw Falls in Yoho National Park. This glacier fed waterfall has that characteristic milky white color from rock flour particles. This same rock flour, when suspended in water, is what magically turns lakes that brilliant blue color that you’ve seen in our previous photos.
Science is pretty darn cool. 🤓
The ghost race got me good 👟
Shoutout to @lululemonyeg for hosting this race for the second year. It was my first time running it (as well as 8k 😅) but it won’t be my last 👻

"Can you take a picture of me holding this to my cheek? "
A mighty little person who has no idea how lovely she is, she is always awkward and holds herself to such a high standard that she's always stressed! I worry about her, what if it's her that's next? The next person to be afflicted with some incurable effing thing. We have a lot of that going around in my house if you've been following and paying attention. I often watch my kids and survey their strengths and weaknesses to decide who is best suited to handle shit like that, who will God choose? I try not to but I can't always help it. I want to know God's next move. And that is how I often ruin my joy. The joy of a moment. That is why I am always searching for another moment. And I feel like I will never find what I'm looking for because I missed everything that is or was. This week we found a hidden waterfall together, by accident, and got lost in the woods in the process. I don't know what games God is playing but I'm still in the game. Well played is all I have to say. Well played and #Alhamdulillah
