It was such a pleasure to serve coffee at the beautiful wedding of Claire and Elias yesterday. It was a stunning location overlooking the picturesque Sydney Harbour 🌊. Congratulations on your marriage, may you have a wonderful life together full of joy and happiness 👰🤵💍
Kendall said she “ugly cried” during her engagement and with a proposal like this we don’t blame her! This #justsaidyes is a must-read! 😭 “Alex and I met while he was stationed at Fort Hood, so for our first date we met halfway in Georgetown. Neither of us wanted the date to end, so after dinner we grabbed drinks and walked around the square for hours chatting. Just three days later, on his 27th birthday, he asked me out for dinner. I wanted to do something special for him so I brought a bottle of champagne with a note that said, ‘Happy Birthday! Love, the lucky girl that gets to spend it with you.’ Little did I know, he saved that note. Fast forward a year and some change… I thought I was going to brunch with my girlfriends but when we arrived, Alex (who now lives in Georgia and had sneakily flown into Austin) came to the car to greet me! I thought we were in downtown Round Rock but, much to my surprise, we turned the corner and were back in Georgetown. As we strolled down the street, just like we had the night of our first date, he told me he couldn’t wait to spend the rest of his life with me. He pointed over in the distance where I saw our families standing. He explained that he had gone to Georgetown City Hall and arranged for them to place a plaque on the bench were we had spent all those hours talking that first night. It read: ‘Alexander and Kendall Mountford | Met here September 8th,2017 | Engaged here October 13th, 2018 | Blessed to have you and commit our lives together | Love, the lucky guy that gets to spend it with you.’” — @misstxmath#justsaidyes 😍🌃 …and don’t think we didn’t notice those #ringbling socks, @mt.ford! 💍
