I almost cancelled on myself today. .
I got up, remembering that I hadn’t cleaned up my “home gym” from it being used as a guest room the last 5 days. I made up my mind to get it reorganized and short work of that. .
Then drank my Energize & loaded up my Beachbody On Demand for todays workout...
WHAT 😳 NO WAY! This program has been all about quick 20 minute workouts, today is 60 minutes 😡. .
My own fault maybe for not looking ahead but certainly didn’t put me in a good mindset. I almost threw in the proverbial towel however I could feel the energize coursing through my veins and was excited to be back in my space after 10 days so I found a 15 minute Ab workout and pressed play. .
So glad I did. Instead of starting my day frustrated I came out the other side core feeling tight, no longer guilty about those chocolates at work yesterday and amped up for my day. .
Thank you endorphins and BOD for the hundreds of workouts to stream at my fingertips 24/7. .
Felt inspired to post this after listening to #ferncottonhappy podcast with @davinamccall@bryonygordon@officialgarybarlow who all spoke openly about so many things including the endorphin rush from exercise. Everything they said resonated with me (@davinamccall coincidentally I was also wearing my #victoriasecret grey underwear while listening to it 😂). Davina, Gary and Bryony all separately discovered how possible it is to feel incredible when you eat well, exercise, make space and time for oneself and the power of thinking positively. These are the same discoveries I made over the past 3 years and I would encourage everyone to chase the endorphins too!
For a long time, I could never ‘find the time’ or was just ‘too busy’ to fit exercise in or I felt I would be rubbish at it or it would be too difficult. Yes it is all of those, but the beautiful thing when you do it, is the endorphin rush! 🤩it is like nothing else, just pure goodness pumping around your body. It’s impossible not to smile or feel amazing! As @bryonygordon says, no one ever regrets doing exercise. We can all MAKE time and make it a PRIORITY.
Exercise is free, walking, running, doing a HiiT, Pilates, yoga or other class at home via one of the many trainers on #youtube I like @thebodycoach and @fiit which are motivational and quick! I even do these before the kids wake in the morning or late at night if I haven’t squeezed any other exercise in during the day. Mostly you only need the space of a yoga mat and that’s it! 20-25 mins and you’re done! ✅ 💪🤩
Nie ważne gdzie czy w domu czy w lesie ruch jest zawsze najlepszym lekarstwem💊 no i oczywiście dobra muzyka 🎶👍😉😁 Believe in yourself. You are braver than you think, more talented than you know, and capable of more than you imagine. ― Roy T. Bennett♥️

A year ago on Saturday , I graduated as laughing yoga instructor from laughing yoga university of #mumbai . I can’t say enough laughter can make such huge difference in ones life and help remove mental health!
It strengthens the immune system. Laughter Yoga is a powerful cardio workout and just 10 minutes of hearty laughter is equal to 30 minutes on the rowing machine. It increases blood circulation and relaxes the muscles. It is also a powerful antidote for depression, reduces blood pressure, reduces symptoms of allergies, asthma, arthritis and helps in chronic illnesses like cancer. Stress today is the number one killer and more than 70-80 percent of illnesses are due to stress. Laughter Yoga has the power to change your mood within minutes by releasing certain chemicals from your brain called endorphins. If your mood is good, you feel good love within.
Every Thursday there laughter hotline Next conference: Today at 7:30 pm so fancy a giggle for 15 mins

In the words of @nikkigundy OH MY GOOOOOOD YOU GUYS!!!!!! Full body was amazing.
I could do this workout over and over again because it was pure joy.
My back feels awesome today, just a little stiff so moving and twisting was just what I needed. I stayed super light on weight to make sure my back was ok but also because @alexia_clark said so. It was just brilliant to love with such a flow and ease.
I did 4 circuits today followed by 10 pushups because C5 and boat holds scared me with my back...
C1 was just heaven. The knee highs were good fun, and kettle bell swings 😍 also ultimate burpees so you know 💁♀️
Then C2 with more of the amazingness... I had to be careful with the heels up squat though and my elbows stayed in when I squatted because it pinched the old back-a-roonie. Loved the toe taps and Arnold presses!!!!
C3 mixed it up a bit and was for reps instead of time mostly. I felt totally #alexia#alexiafied during this circuit though. The twisting and punching and the up and down and the 24 sit up twisting (that was a lot by the way) it was just all SOO GOOD!!!!
Finally I did C4 and loved it just as much as all the rest. The mountain climbers and the curling - heaven. The knee hops - heaven. Sumo squat front raise - heaven, and you guessed it the reverse crunch was also heaven!!!! I ended with 10 pushups because C5 was a bit intimidating with the boat holding and my back.
I really hope it’s come across how much I loved this workout and how pumped I am by it, because it was just so good.
On another note why the heck do phone cameras automatically filter the heck out of you. Do they not know they are ruining how my abs actually look and how good my pump is. I don’t wanna filter my face thanks (take me as I am, bags, blackheads and lines) and certainly don’t need my lines of well earned definition blending. I decided not to rant on stories about that, yesterday was rant tastic.
I can’t wait to do some yoga later. I’m hoping to book into a class tomorrow or Saturday also!!
Oh endorphin rush I love you!
If you’ve injured your (INSERT MUSCLE HERE) then chances are that you are thinking about taking some time off from training to recover… 🤕
However, we’re here to tell you why that is the WORST thing you can possibly do for your fitness!😳
It is VERY rare that if you’ve injured a part of your body that there is NOTHING else that you can still do to help build your strength and keep yourself training. For example, if you have a shoulder that is out of use, you still have another arm and two legs which work and need training!🦵💪
Here’s a few other reasons why you DON’T need to!
A) You will be losing muscle tone and strength in the rest of your body, making you feel weaker and demotivated. 😔
B) By not exercising, you won’t be getting that endorphin release and will not be doing anything TOWARDS your recovery.
By taking back control of your recovery, you will be able to build your confidence to keep training and will only speed up your recovery process!😁
A good general rule to follow is: If you can get to the gym, even if you have to be driven here, we can develop a plan to help you get back to full fitness quicker in no time!🚙
Happy Thursday 👍🏼... I’ve proper lost my mojo with food at the minute, I’m like a snack fiend 🤦🏼♀️... weigh in isn’t going to make me happy on Saturday, but hopefully give me a bit of a motivational kick! 💥

"I didn't think I'd ever say this, but I love the treadmill." This is a comment we get almost daily. We don't tell you this to be obnoxious, we tell you this because we were exactly the same way and having such easy access to killer workouts has changed our entire lifestyle and mindset around working out.
We no longer need an hour at the gym or daylight/decent weather to safely get a good run in. Instead we can go into our workouts with a plan, work our butts off, and still get the RESULTS we are after.
One of the coolest comments we got this week was "Thank-you for creating this program and for making a "I hate treadmills" runner a believer!"
Don't take our word, try a workout and let us know what you think! (we have a free 30-min workout linked in our bio)
