These folks (and many more not pictured) made 150 episodes of #elementary. That's enough footage for 75 feature films btw. It's only a television show, but we are very proud of it. Thank you for watching. ❤

Did anyone else clear the cloakroom today? #halfterm
Hi! I’m an Elementary Education student from Georgia Southern University. I’m currently in the curriculum block of the Elementary Education program. I started this page to see others grow in their classrooms, move through the education program, and gain insight from current teachers 😊 #teacher#inspiration#elementary#education#elementaryeducation
“Greatness, no matter how brief, stays with a man.” •
I’m happy to announce that the @engagethevision kids mentorship program starts back up today! Come join us @ 1pm at Martin Luther King elementary near Leimert Park. It’s an honor to be apart of something as rewarding as this. Come see for yourself!
Cuddle up with your child this month and pray, “Dear God, thank You for hearing us. You are listening to our prayer right now! I pray [child’s name] will talk to You and trust You to give [him/her] what [he/she] needs. In Jesus’ name, amen.” #MiniKidsCall#Toddler#Preschool#Kindergarten
At bedtime, read Hebrews 13:5. Pray that you will grow closer to God and not depend on the things you own to make you happy. #KidsCall#Elementary#1stthru5th
A #GooseCreek#Elementary#School teacher no longer works for the Berkeley County School District in #SouthCarolina after she kicked a student.
Students say teacher Tierra Walker dumped the 11-year-old boy out of his chair for being disruptive during class, dragged the boy out of the room, then kicked his leg out of the classroom doorway.

🖍📚👓What our reading log looks like!
I am so excited to be sending home our first reading log packs on Monday... they are prepped and ready to go! Each envelope has an introductory letter for families, a reading log, a @timeforkids magazine, a book from reading A-Z, and crayons to track their reading. The kids who need the most love often ask for it in the most unloving ways. Since last year I have been diving into Restorative Practices and been able to share its principles with staff and students. The fundamental premise of RP is that people are happier, more cooperative, more productive, and more likely to make positive changes when those in authority do things WITH them, rather than to them or for them. So to all my tired teacher friends, remember because of you... today someone smiled, felt heard, and felt appreciated. 👩🏻🏫❣️
