Almond Butter Oatmeal Raisin Breakfast Cookies 🍪🍌 whipped some more of these up yesterday to have throughout the week but they’ll probably be gone by tomorrow 😂 i’ll put the recipe below, let me know if you try them out!
- 1 cup @bobsredmill quick cooking rolled oats (i bet using 1/2 oat flour & 1/2 regular rolled oats would be amazing too or just regular oats)
- 1/3 cup + 2 more tbsp @traderjoes raw almond butter (or any kind of runny nut butter)
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional: could use chocolate chips, nuts, etc)
- 1 tsp cinnamon - splash of vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder (+ a squeeze of lemon to activate)
Preheat oven to 350F. Start by mashing your bananas in a large bowl. Pour in your runny almond butter and mix together. Next, stir in your oats, cinnamon, vanilla, raisins, salt and baking powder until well combined. Lastly stir in just a little bit of lemon juice to help activate the baking powder. Bake for around 25-30 mins until golden brown. Leave to cool before removing.
Eating well does not have to be complicated. Grow what you can, buy local/organic and keep the meals simple, yet tasty. #agigistory#healthymeals

Home sweet home after a week away. Started this morning with a creamy bowl of steel- cut oatmeal cooked in almond milk and topped with berries, walnuts, hemp hearts + a bit of maple syrup.
Crossfit and yoga later, but also I’m in the mood to bake spiced pumpkin muffins swirled with cream cheese. Who’s with me?
Snickerdoodle pecan blissballs for the perfect fall treat🍂🍁. They are a mix between pecan pie and snickerdoodle that will leave you reaching for more😋. Happy Monday friends, make it a great week.
Snickerdoodle pecan blissballs:
2 medjool dates
2 Tbsp @artisanaorganics coconut butter
1/3 cup @georgiagrinders pecan butter
1/2 cup pecans
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup @bobsredmill almond flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp @primalpalate cinnamon sugar cookie (extra for coating balls)
2 tsp @simplyorganicfoods vanilla extract
1 cup raw coconut shreds
2 tsp @manitobaharvest hemp seeds
1/2 Tbsp water
Pulse in food processor, store in fridge for 30 minutes, roll Into balls, roll into cinnamon sugar cookie spice, and devour. Store in fridge or freezer.

needed something warm for lunch so i cooked up wholewheat pasta + blended up some leftover tomato pasta sauce with a handful cashews, a little hummus, squeeze of lemon + nutritional yeast. Mixed it unto the pasta + topped with coriander + black pepper 😋✨
