Empowerment is only as good as its mental state. The Mind is the foundation and the birthplace in which all empowerment can be extruded. The focal point of empowerment is determined by the level of confidence one has in order to make the exhibition of empowerment more authoritative.Empowerment transmogrifies the fortitude and disposition of an individual as long as the individual wishes to transform. With emotional renovation comes a renewed attitude and aptitude of growth and acceptance. Empowerment breaks down the barriers of unconstructiveness, indecisiveness, and mental apathy that would otherwise hinder the development of becoming a new being; mentally, emotionally, and with personal and public sectors being finances. Concluding, empowerment is more than just an action of physicality, it is an affirmation into the subconscious realm that rejuvenates that mind and soul from within, to bring about the actions that will then take forth. #educateyourself#marthoncontinues@firstname.lastname@example.org

Pain is an emotion that is often coincided with frustration, anxiety, anger and fear 👉it is very difficult to make sense of it when it happens to you. We become irrational and the problem can often turn into a viscous cycle 👆half the battle is understanding why it is happening, which will then allow you rationalise your emotions and develop a bespoke plan on how it can be managed 🤝See someone good who actually cares!! #pain#balance#educateyourself#neckpain#shoulderpain#headache#realign#weymouth#dorset
I did it !
TODAY, I finished the lingoda marathon @lingoda_official !
For 3 months (since January 2019), I had an hour of English courses. No matter what and no matter where I was.
At the beginning, I was so afraid to miss classes. AFRAID , because this marathon is special. If you do the 90 classes you can get your money back 👌👌😮 The money was a good motivation at the beginning, but after few weeks it was not. It was just a pleasure to get to know the teacher and the student !
This marathon was an unique adventure for me because I had to choose my priority and get responsible. Get responsible about my choice. Because I was booking my classes for the next week, the week end before, and as you know we cannot know the future.
So when your friend called you for a party or a lunch ( #foodaddict ), the ONLY answer for me was NO !
This challenge was just « the good thing » to do. Some people told me « what if you miss the last courses ? », « what is the point to take English courses when you are going to live in America ? ». You know what : « what if I can live in america and improve my prononciation an French accent in 3 month and to get reimburse for that ? ». For all the people who ask me about this challenge I just want to tell you do it !
Yes is 239$ or 199 euros but I don’t know another place where you pay two hundred box and have an hour of conversation with a native speaker and a cultural exchange thanks to your international colleague (other student lol) !
Thank you @lingoda_official !
And @linguamarina who has spoken about this challenge 3 months ago !
Definitely, if I had not watched this entrepreneur woman and content creator I wouldn’t have been the English I have today !
So thank you @linguamarina and @lingoda_official
Little info : a new challenge is starting in May 2019.
I will speak about my marathon experience more in my YouTube channel : @coaupair. #lingodamarathon#langue#english#usa#challenge#marathon#goals#motivation#inspiration#learning#apprendreanglais#education#educateyourself

"Working tomorrow morning then doing some Trig homework for a test next week 🥺 Trig is rough for me, never been to hot at math so I probably chose a bad major but I want to become a software engineer so bad. Few more years of school left, feels like it just dragging on and on!⠀
How many of you guys are in school? Are you ready to graduate or are you enjoying your experiences!?"

Really f*ckd up my leg past week and spent the whole week getting it into better shape, now it's pretty much all good✌🏼💯⠀
I've spent quite a lot of time on the in app purchase implementation for Stribe. This stuff can get pretty messy and testing it is even worse😤 super pumped for the next version of Stribe though ✌🏽"

I decided to learn some Java today by TDD'ing FizzBuzz.
— Gradle: build tool for Java projects
— IntelliJ IDEA CE: free Java IDE
— JUnit: Java testing framework
1. I wrote FizzBuzz without any TDD, IDE or automated build tools. This was a great way to learn the syntax. Along the way, I learnt about compiling in the command line using javac.
2. The next step was to start again, but with TDD. I had to learn how to use third pary packages in Java, and came across Gradle. Gradle enabled me to use JUnit.
3. I wanted to optimise my workflow, naturally I opted for an IDE and IntelliJ IDEA seemed to be the go to IDE for Java.
4. If you've ever used an IDE, you'll know there's so much going on. You gotta figure out how to use it, so I did that.
5. Lastly, I put everything together and started a new project, through the IDE this time. Since it's an IDE, it setup Gradle for me, which came with JUnit.
You can see all the logic in the left window, and two of eight tests in the right window.
Learn how to do dependency injection in Java so I can separate the printing of the result from the App class. Think Single Responsibility Principle.
