The income statement is a report of your business’s profits and losses over a specific period. It is also called a profit and loss statement (P&L). You can use the income statement to summarize monthly, quarterly, or annual operations.
There are three main financial statements used to get a clear view of your business’s financial performance:
3)Cash flow statement
Unlike the balance sheet and cash flow statement, the income statement shows you your business’s sales and net income or loss after accounting for expenses.
😢💸 ‘If you get a $1,200 annual raise on the same day that your rent goes up by $100 a month, you don't need an accountant to tell you that you didn't actually make any financial progress. And while that's an excessively simplified example, it's nonetheless a pretty fair representation of what has been happening to most American workers over the past four decades.
Even though the official unemployment rate has been hovering around record lows in recent years, wage growth has stayed stagnant, a new study from Pew Research reveals. In fact, the real average wage, which Pew defines as "the wage after accounting for inflation" has roughly the same purchasing power as it did 40 years ago. And while some workers have seen gains, most of the increases have gone to those who were already the highest-paid.’
*My University Journey👨🏻🎓✍🏻*
[4/5] | [My fellow Sailors🌊⛵️🌊] I’m sure a lot of you have seen this quote before.
“If you want to go fast, go alone🚶🏼♂️. If you to go far, go together🏃🏻♂️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♂️🏃🏻♀️.” I will not have made it this far without this bunch of angels😇😇 ( or devils😈😈, depending on who you ask 😏) being on the same boat as I am.
I first came into UOL with a mindset of just making it through. I just wanted that piece of paper & I really don’t care what is written on it. Now that I think of it, that have always been my mindset throughout my student life. A pass was something to be happy about & I would have popped a champagne 🍾 if I have gotten a B. But it all changed when I met this group of extremely knowledgeable individuals.
Each with their own strength, they pushes me to step up my game💪🏻. Some are outstanding in their grades, some are masters of current and historical affairs and all of them are great teachers and motivators, making sure we dare not sleep in class so as to avoid being snapped 😛 The passions and the drives. Surrounding yourself around them, it is hard not to learn something new everyday. I’m sure if they were the ones teaching us certain modules, we will have learn so much more 😏😏 But joke aside, words can not describe how lucky I am to be able to pursue my degree with every single one of them.
Our university journey may have come to an end but as we set sail towards new goals, I’m sure the bond we have created will always keep us together.
This is not good bye my friends, we are just getting started & I know I’ll see you all soon! 👊🏻😄👍🏻 #Economics#Politics#InternationalRelation#WeDidIt#WeDidNotJustSurvive#WeThrived
white-sex is a term coined by the Irritated Genie of Soufeese of War on the Horizon (WOH) to describe the psychology of european thought and action. It provides deep insight into european thinking and a primary social reference point from which to analyze european culture. More than anything, it provides the most useful paradigm ever created to understand european psychopathology throughout history to include white aggression in the world today. Traditionally, Black people have discussed white sexual misbehavior separately and distinctly from white aggression and/or racism. For the first time in modern psychology, and perhaps the history of the world, a paradigm exists that can be used to comprehend white social misbehavior as a collective, organized mentality that governs the way whites behave in: #economics#education#entertainment#health#labor#law#politics#religion#sex#War
white-sex is a term that defines white psychopathology (white social behavior) and associates their socially unacceptable misbehavior worldwide with their socially unacceptable sexuality. In this way, we connect the white race directly to their sexually-backwards practices while simultaneously associating their perverse sexuality to their aggression. These associations allow Afrikans worldwide to see, identify, and understand the white race in a collective and comprehensive manner for the first time in history. whites are what they think and do – and what they think and do is what makes them white.
#Bestiality is a stage of white-sex misbehavior where the desire to exercise one's sexual aggression moves beyond the point of sexually engaging with people to the point of sexually violating animals.

Just like a watering can, let the light rain trickle down, dollar by dollar. This concept is the real meaning of “trickle-down economics.” Unlike the highly debatable theory first introduced as a political zinger, this economic idea is proven to be efficient and beneficial to both parties inside the jungle.

Education! Education! Education!
🧠👀🎓💼 ***Is the one word 90% of this young generation hate to hear.
Sonia got to speak with me and drop in all the jewels and values of why you should still pursue education.
A lot of this generation either dropout of college or don't finish high school which as a whole effects the economy.
And, in the business field where I am at a lot of "cool entrepreneurs" drop out of college to start a company.
Do you thing that's right?
Compare the entrepreneurs who graduate from Kellogg, Harvard and Stanford to those that drop out?
Who do people value more?
Who makes the greater change?
The Leadville Race Series is legendary among runners and Mt. bikers because it’s so tough, but here’s why it’s so cool to me:
This is Ken Chlouber. 36 years ago the town of Leadville, Co was dependent on a large mine for their livelihood and economic vitality. Overnight the mine closed leaving Leadville with the highest unemployment rate in the nation. Ken started the Leadville 100 to bring people to Leadville to spend money. It worked, and he saved his town.
Now there is a whole series of Leadville races that bring sustainable economic growth to Leadville, and they use the profits from the races to give every kid who graduates from the local high school $1000 for any higher education pursuit they desire. In Ken’s words “The next thing to build Leadville will come from this high school. We need to invest in that.” They’re using fitness and nature to create a sustainable economy that rescued them from the boom bust cycle of extractive industry.
I knew this would be an inspiring trip, but the race hasn’t even started and my soul is on fire.
At the close
Stocks rise, although Tesla, NVIDIA, and Applied Materials shares tank.
The dollar plunges, while cryptos climb.

Economists are taking Elizabeth Warren to task over her far fetched Accountable Capitalism Act. Warren, who opposes free market capitalism, came up with the idea of having corporations have to obtain a “Federal charter” to operate. The license, in addition to the hoops they have to jump through to work in their state, would raise $1 billion in fee taxes. Warren’s so-called “charter” would require corporate directors to consider not just their stakeholders, but also their employees and communities.
Of course, this is moronic. Any well run company has to consider the well-being of their employees and communities or the free market will eliminate that company from competition. In fact, that point was made by none other than BET co-founder Robert Johnson. The Black Entertainment Television co-founder said “Most companies and most boards look at all of their stakeholders, not only their shareholders. They look at their employees, they look at the community where they reside and do business, they look at even the vendors that they do business with. So I think it’s a solution in search of a problem that’s absolutely not necessary,”
What Warren’s bill, along with the exemptions for friends of the ruling party that we have seen with previous Socialist overreaches, would create a new avenue for crony capitalism. In other words, to get an exemption for your federal charter or to guarantee you have your charter maintained, you have to stay friendly with the party in power. We saw the same thing with ACA where Obama’s biggest supporters received exemptions to various new labor rules.
I will never get off as I'm told "my soap box " people need a wake up call and to take action for ourselves as a species as well as for our planet and ALL things that live on our planet.... including our very precious animals
