روش صحیح تغذیه در ماه رمضان یکی از موارد مهمی است که لازم است مورد توجه قرار گیرد تا از عوارض جسمی و یا عصبی جلوگیری شود. در غیر اینصورت ممکن است عوارضی حاصل شود که یا روزه گرفتن را عامل آنها محسوب کنند و یا اثرات آن باعث عدم تداوم روزه گرفتن گردد.
بطور کلی چهار فاکتور در تغذیه در ماه رمضان باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد که عبارت اند از:
۱- زمان غذا خوردن ۲- میزان غذا خوردن ۳- چگونه غذا خوردن ۴- انتخاب نوع غذا

Well my version of clean...
After yesterday I decided that I needed some grains to help keep me full so I added some farro salad to go with my leftover salmon and asparagus.
Also how cute is my pint jar water bottle I found at the Dollar tree! Pretty sure I'm going to make some of my own!
Day two so far has been good of my clean week!
Ein wichtiger Schritt zu einem gesünderen Leben - genügend trinken.
Und nicht einfach irgendwas in sich rein schütten.
Nein der Mensch besteht zu 70% aus Wasser und nur damit sollte man seinen Flüssigkeitsbedarf decken, wieviel genau ist individuell verschieden und variiert auch mit Aktivitäten und Außentemperaturen. Ist es in der Umgebung nicht zu heiß oder kalt und bewege ich man wenig braucht man weniger Flüssigkeit als wenn man sich bei heißen Temperaturen sportlich betätigt.
Aber immer Wasser ist doch langweilig 🤔 - eigentlich nicht. Ich persönlich trinke am liebsten Leitungswasser und das pimp ich mir dann auch mal auf indem ich frische Kräuter oder Früchte dazu gebe #infusedwater .
Und auch wenn man lieber Mineralwasser kauft gibt es da schon einige Unterschiede im Geschmack, das merkt man erst so richtig wenn man viel Wasser trinkt.
Der Fan von Light-Getränken bin ich nicht.
Wenn ich doch mal ne Limo, Schorle oder Saft mag dann genieße ich ein Glas zum Essen.

Can’t drive by a spring and not stop to fill up my water bottle 💧
Most of us don’t think too much about what’s in our water, despite the fact that we know that drinking water is key to our health. However, I think it’s important to know about the different options you have when choosing the best and safest option for your health. Most of us don’t have access to natural spring water every day so the best option in my opinion is the @berkey water filter. I personally recommend drinking filtered water daily. I have the Berkey at home (filters out arsenic, chlorine, fluoride and other toxic chemicals from our water + doesn’t get rid of the minerals) or another awesome filter is the @santevia countertop filter. Although I personally prefer the berkey (it removes more of the nasty stuff + it’s stainless steel as opposed to plastic) this one is very affordable a far better option than tap or bottled water!
“But how much water should we be drinking?” A good rule of thumb to follow is to drink at least 1/2 of your body weight in ounces of water every day. More if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or sweat a lot. I would say the majority of my clients don’t drink enough water. They feel tired, have low energy and/or experience headaches almost daily but notice a big improvement once they up their water intake. I always say how important it is to drink water BEFORE you feel thirsty. Thirst is your body’s cue that you are already a bit dehydrated so don’t wait until it’s too late! Living in a constant state of low-grade dehydration can allow toxins to build up in the body. Low levels of dehydration can also impact athletic performance and cognitive function 👎 If you haven’t drank any water today, this is your reminder to drink up! Coffee, juice, broth, teas don’t count 😉

Want to increase your daily water intake but hate drinking just plain water?
Make your own DIY lemon chip infused water for a refreshing taste! 🍋💧
1. Sprinkle and rub baking soda onto the lemon.
2. Wash the baking soda away in warm water and soak the lemon for about 30 min.
3. Rub kosher salt over the lemon with rubber gloves on your hands and rinse sell.
4. Rinse the lemon once again in the vinegar mixed warm water.
5. Thinly slice the lemon and dry the slices either in the dehydrator or an oven.
6. Pop the dried lemon slices in your water bottle and drink drink drink away!
