“The lotus flower grows slowly and each petal opens in its own time. Likewise, one’s consciousness, body and mind is transformed at his or her own pace. If you force open a flower, you pull off the petals and more harm is done than good. Even good intentions can cause harm when actions are taken without wisdom. If you are patient, the full beauty of the flower will reveal itself in the proper time. Don’t pull too hard on your own petals. If you do, rather than opening into the brilliant flower that you are, you will injure yourself physically or emotionally. Allow yourself to bloom naturally.” ~ Excerpt from “Healing Your Life, Lessons on the Path of Ayurveda”
Wandering Providence last weekend but already looking towards this weekend.
I’m excited to head home and squeeze the people I love most. It’s been too long since I’ve been with family. Obviously online it’s easier to show the good stuff and the happy stories but sometimes your girl gets homesick and needs to make sure everyone at home is okay. 💛 #oceanstatecait
How do you unwind at the end of the day? 🤔
I remember seeing this man just watching the world go by from his rooftop. I remember thinking how crazy India was and how can you relax and unwind in such a hectic place 😳🚙🚲🐄🚖 is this why India is The birthplace of yoga?! I'd definately need it!
It's SO important to have some YOU time each day,. Whether that be yoga, meditation, reading... What do you do? 🧘♀️ I try to something EVERY morning but after last week only managing 3 out of 7, I realised I need to create better HABITS! 🤔❤️ #keepimproving#learnmore#dailyhabits#india
Pilatus, a mountain in central Switzerland, is known for the countless dragon legends which were formed during medieval times. According to the ancient stories, a dragon with healing powers lived in the mountain’s cracks. Whether or not you believe those stories, this mountain is definitely worth the visit for all adventurer seekers. #VisitSwitzerland
The contrast of traditional architecture and modern architecture was so real in Tokyo. It is so cool how well it works together. It just shows us that diversity is beautiful. ❤️🌸

I think I love the ocean because it's calm, beautiful, infinite but also angry, harsh, magnificent and that intrigues me 🍃🌊 📸: Jose Rafael Ojales (photographer in training due to the perfectionist in me. Lol) thank you for putting up with me 😂🤗❤

This practice is called "Chozu" which means to cleanse yourself. The basin with dippers is called a "chozuya". People cleanse themselves here before going to shrines or temples to pray.
I really wanted to experience this because I see this a lot on TV screens, animations, and movies.

According to Hiroshi san, Japan is the 3rd safest country in world. 1st is Singapore, followed by Luxembourg at 2nd place.
Singapore area is around 719 square km with a population of 5.8M. Luxembourg area is around 2,586 square km with a population of 602,000. Japan, on the other hand, is around 337,973 square km with a population of 126M. It is much bigger in size and higher in population. This might make it more challenging to maintain order but they were able to do it. That, for me, is the most impressive.

These New Zealand sunsets... amiright?? ☀️ 😍 I snapped this one quickly just after we pulled up to one of our Airbnb’s for the night, but the sunsets are just so damn beautiful in NZ that it still turned out pretty great! What country do you think has the most beautiful sunsets??
