I know it all. Nearly all my life it was hard to make decisions for me. I have to admit, it took me sometimes 10 minutes to decide which colour my new toothbrush should have. Hard to belive, anyone has this problem. .
Today I know I was afraid of mistakes. I rather didn't deciede at all, before I was at risk to make a mistake.
But no decision is the worst. Not only it messes your brain, it also lets you stand still. No decision, no growth, no new path to go. No new experiances. You will be stuck in life and get unhappy.
Well the best thing is to start small. Making little decisions that don't harm your life. Try to decide as fast as possible. Years before, it took me "hours" to pick a meal in the menu. Now I try to be fast and also try new things.
In this way I gain new experiances and can decide even faster next time, as I know that I like or dislike something.
Doing this you will make mistakes, but you will learn from them and get better next time.
So don't be afraidt to make mistakes and try as much as you can, big knowlegde enables you to make decisions even faster.
This year a decided a lot. To quit my job, I broke up with my exboyfriend and moved from Vienna to Amberg in Germany. Hard decisions, but important ones, I grew so much and learned a lot.
I also cut my hair short and bleached it. Every decision you make fires your self-development journey and brings you coloser to the person you want to be.
What has been the hardest decison for you lately?
Let me know in the comments below.

Soonita's first birth ended in Caesarean section. Things had been progressing well but she was on a labour ward, on a bed, on her back. Every time she tried to concentrate and go in to herself, someone would disturb her, ask her a question, tell her how dilated she was, rearrange a monitor strap. She felt managed, timed, under pressure, INTERRUPTED. The feelings it left her with were frustration; dissatisfaction. a kind of physical confusion.
A few months ago, she gave birth to her second child and this time, there was no confusion. This time, she felt sure and clear - because she had what she needed.
Peace and quiet, uninterrupted privacy, and the kind of empowering, unobtrusive support that made her feel totally safe. All of this together enabled her to flow. To follow the very reliable rhythm of her labouring body. And with this in place, 'coping' was incidental, as it so often is when the body can get on and do its thing.
She had to be on a standard labour ward, but it made no difference because she had what she needed. Her attuned midwife just clicked the door shut, left the lights off and let her instinctively find a position that felt comfortable for her. The midwife told her to do what she 'needed' to do, then fell quiet, trusting Soonita to trust herself. 'She's here' Soonita said about half an hour later. And she was. Her baby had been born so easily, no-one even realised.
The feeling a woman feels when she is supported and cared for in this way - when a baby arrives thanks to that care, is plain to see on Soonita's face. GOOD. WELL. So right-to-your-belly WONDERFUL it can't be described.
Provide your body with what it needs, and feel the same.

Делаю все, чтобы скорее оказаться там, где не нужен пуховик. А пока, мой верный друг помогает выжить в холодном Петербурге.
