End of week 1 LP .
Surprised myself by actually increasing in weight each workout. Squat and bench were both all time PR at 5 reps, although the bar slowed down quite a bit on the squat I’m happy with it. Deadlifts still feel smooth as grass fed, free range, cage free butter. Gotta send a special shout out to @st_vincent for pushing me through with those sick beats
Give the body a stress and adequate recovery it will adapt. Whether it be in strength, endurance, or playing an instrument progression will be made. In the world of strength and endurance it’s physiologically impossible to be world class at both, but that doesn’t mean you can’t be darn good at both
