Everywhere you look you see a cleanse for your body parts like liver, kidney etc... I reckon for so many people it is an emotional cleanse is what they need. Our emotions when not dealt with or put on the back burner only will gather more fire over time if you have not cleansed them, acknowledged them or owned them.
To many people run the other way, you see you can’t really run because the emotions stay with you.
I have learnt the hard way many times when it comes to this. Avoiding hard conversations, hiding away thinking it will all go away and it does until the same situation comes up again.
It takes a better person to confront the hard shit. We have so many breakthroughs on the other side.
Something I use is the ho'oponopono method.
I say to myself quite often now:
I love you
I am sorry
Please forgive me

BEAUTIFUL BOTTOM BOOTY BAND WORKOUT! I’m obsessed! 🍑
If you saw my story last week I shared my newest Amazon purchases, you would have seen me share the Peach Booty Band that I bought. Well, after a week of using it literally every day, it is safe to say that I am LOVING it! I may or may not have been doing some standing glute squeezes as I work… #dontjudge
That being said, I wanted to share a few of my favorite exercises using the band that any of you can do anywhere you want! All you need is a band and a little bit of room! For best results, do these booty band leg exercises as a circuit (back to back with little rest in between) up to 3 times in a row and aim to complete the full workout 3-4 times per week. You can do them on their own for a quick workout or after a cardio session or within your strength routine. You could even do them as a finisher after a heavy dumbbell leg and butt workout. Do what works best for you! Read below on how to perform each movement:
SQUAT SIDE LEG LIFTS W/BAND: Stand with your feet slightly wider than hip-distance apart and bend your knees to come into a squat position. As you extend your knees to standing, lift your right leg off the ground and out to the side (slightly behind your left leg). Place your foot back on the ground as you bend into the squat again.
Do 20 Reps on one leg before switching to the other side.
STAGGARD STANCE BAND SQUAT KICKBACKS: With the band at shin level, move into a staggard stance with right foot forward and left heel lifted. Lower into a squat, keeping weight centered over right foot, pushing hips back, reaching both arms out in front of your chest. Stand up, bending elbows back behind body, engaging glutes to lift left leg up behind hip (keep chest upright—don't lean forward). Lower left foot to starting position and repeat.
Do 20 reps. Switch sides; repeat.
BAND PLANK JACKS: Start by placing the band just above your ankles then get into a plank position on your hands then jump both legs out as wide as you can (similar to jumping jack legs) and jump them back into starting position.
Do 20 Reps total
