This picture says it all. Don’t give up! 💜Even when you fall, get back up again and keep going. There is always #hope, even if it doesn’t feel like it at times. And that’s what #counselling is all about...finding the hope that you might have lost along the way #dontgiveup#newbeginnings#selfbelief
I am loving my results since setting new goals on January 2nd. I was good with weight, but wanted to lower my body fat% and my BMI. I’m on the right track body fat went down .8%, and BMI went down .9%!! Who else is reaching goals they set for January?
It’s that time on the afternoon when your body, wants another cup of coffee or a snack, and not a healthy one😊. I started following my meal plan and drinking my shake because I started to hate what I saw in the mirror again. I was feeling tired, my body was hurting, I was always hungry and had no energy. I started only 2 weeks ago and I feel great, lost 8 lbs. and it feels awesome when the scale stops going up and you see those numbers moving for good! I feel excited to get up in the mornings, get my walking clothes on, walk for 4 miles, come home eat a balance breakfast and like today I am having my shake for snack while I prepare my delicious and balanced dinner! If you are feeling tired, no energy or even sad, message I will love to talk to you! There is a solution, look st my results, in such a short time!!!

#TuesdayThought#testimony#MLKDay may have been yesterday, but the #dream still lives on. I would like to encourage every girl and boy, young woman and man that come from a marginalized community or not, please hold on to your vision of becoming a #Physician, #scientist, #engineer or whatever you aspire to be. For every #medicalstudent and #residentphysician doing their best to make it through their program...hold on because there’s a light at the end of the tunnel!
At the age of 5, I dreamed of becoming a doctor every single night despite being born in extreme poverty and was challenged by many hardships during my childhood, adolescence and early adulthood. My life was never easy. The world wasn't so kind to this former little girl from the Bronx ( #southbronx), NY. I wasn’t sure what kind of doctor I would become until several tragedies occurred in my life. I was told by my high school guidance counselor that I would never become an ER Doctor because I was a 17-year old girl pregnant with my son. She told me I would be on public assistance for the rest of my life. In #college, my Physics professor told me to drop out of class and give up the idea of becoming a doctor because I failed Physics. Let me tell you that #God is REAL. #live!!!!! Your dream is #REAL! REAL stands for:

PLAN B IS FOR LOSERS.
If we don’t have a vision of where we are headed, then we are likely to end up some place else.
Having a clear vision and taking aligned action, BELIEVING that you will get there no matter what...is how you achieve plan A.
It doesn’t mean there won’t be set backs and challenges along the way. It doesn’t mean there won’t be hard times and feelings of overwhelm. It doesn’t mean you won’t have many failures along the journey towards achieving your goal.
Anyone who has ever succeeded at anything, has had many, many failures.
Everyone falls along the way...but a winner will pick themselves back up, dust themselves off and keep heading forward toward their goal. A loser will stay down.
A winner will hold that vision front and center...do whatever it takes to turn it into reality. They will put in the work, do the hours, go the extra mile, embrace the personal transformation...and keep on, keeping on...no matter what, until they reach their goal.
They don’t have a plan B.
Plan B is preparing ourselves to be a loser.
Having a plan B is sowing the seed of doubt...not believing in ourselves and our dream.
Plan B is taking energy and momentum away from our plan A. As soon as we start thinking about Plan B, we are killing our Plan A.
When we work in harmony with our intuition and our inner guidance, sometimes we find ourselves led in different directions to what we had in mind initially....that does not mean we are giving up on plan A...it means we are being guided there via the route that is for our highest good.
Having a vision...holding it clear...putting it out there to the universe...taking aligned action...and being open to following the divine flow. That’s how we get to Plan A.
Having a Plan B just confuses our energy vibrations and when the law of attraction kicks in...we attract what we put out...a confused idea of where we are going.
But first we need a Plan A. Have you got a clear vision of where you’re headed?
