I love reading motivational books and this one has been one of my favorites. There are things in motivational or self help/personal development books that really set you on 🔥 and you can’t help but take action. Girl, Wash Your Face just happens to be ‘that’ book.

My WiFi went out while I was doing my workout this morning.. then when I restarted it on my phone I realized that I had been doing Thursday’s workout instead of today’s. It totally threw me off my game because I like things orderly..... so I had a photoshoot with my handsome boy instead 🐶🤣

My mind has been a little STUCK on some sad emotions that my kiddos are growing up- the battle of REGRET is not an easy battle to win....no matter what ANYONE tells you 😔 especially for those of us who also battle anxiety and depression 💥💪🏼⠀
But this is a battle I CHOOSE to WIN 💪🏼💯 and a tough workout is just what my mind needs to give it that BOOST it needs 💦⠀
Not only does the BURNING 🔥 in my shoulders and legs from the first workout keep my mind DISTRACTED from sitting and stewing in my own thoughts 💭 but it also RAISES ENDORPHINS ⬆️ and PROVES to my mind that I CAN do HARD THINGS!! 💪🏼💯⠀
Life won’t always be EASY- and neither will your workout 🤷🏻♀️ but know that you CAN DO HARD THINGS 💪🏼💯 ⠀
