- Today was all about just running at the pace the body wanted. No plan just letting my mind run loose here 2 weeks post marathon. 👌🏻😁.
- Starting a new training cycle in January so the rest of December I’m simply training on feel. I’m a big fan of structure so it’s Not really how I normally like to train but it feels good for a change 😁
This was a bad idea but it worked out okay. Went for 5,5k with @aniekroom, than accelerated and went for a fast kilometer in 3.54min. That was all I got especially since I have a cold and didn't feel great entire so day, so should have taken it easy but couldn't resist it...

Monday morning workout. Run as a warm up then hit chest w/ Bench (3 sets 12-15 reps), incline DB bench (2 sets, 15 reps), DB flys (2 sets, 15 reps), 100 pushups (as few sets as possible), seated bench (3 sets, 8-10 reps) & working in core in between.
