CONTENT CREATION!!! 📸
What is it and how will it benefit me?
Flair Management can organise photo-shoots for your brand, select and edit the best images and lay them out in a content calendar matched up with pre-written captions to engage your audience, as well as posting them at peak times throughout the week to take the stress off your hands 📱
Technology is the way of the future and we no longer need to travel to a store to find out information about products or services we're interested in 🚖
We need to start thinking about where our audience will be? Where is it you can reach and impact thousands of people at once? 🤸♂️
The power of social media has become prevalent over recent years and no doubt will continue to grow ☀️

No not to my ex’s, although that Ariana Grande song is catchy.👯♀️This thank you is to all the jobs that I’ve held in the past. I’m sure the common myth is that people who start their own businesses do so because they were so fed up with their jobs, or they just couldn’t be managed, or that they just weren’t cut out for corporate world —> I mean it’s mostly true. BUT in all honesty, I’d be lying if I said that each and every one of my jobs hadn't taught me valuable lessons that have helped me thrive in my biz for the past 3 years. Here’s my run down:
2005: My first “real job” at 24 yo- I was fired after just 2 months. Taught me a lesson about companies and job security. My lesson very early on was that jobs are always temporary, no matter how long YOU planned on staying. I also learned about SOPs and I am so damn organized because of this! Thank you, next.
2006: I worked for the Sun-Sentinel newspaper. My first path into Advertising. I got training at my first big company and began to find out what I was good at and grew confident in myself. Thank you, next.
2007: I worked for The New York Times, I learned to communicate and to manage a team. If there’s one thing that helps you strive as a biz owner, it’s management skills. It’s helped me to make decisions on my own and trust them. And it’s also helped me to hire smarter people who help me scale the business even further. Thank you, next.
2013: I started working at an early stage startup, founded by a woman. Getting to work with a young founder and watch her build her dream and design the life that she envisioned while helping others. I thought to myself for the first time, why can't I do that? Thank you, next.
2014: I worked for an Ad Tech company, getting into the weeds of advertising technology and being exposed to data technology in the fast changing advertising world. Now I teach other small business, and even corporate companies about the complicated Ad/MarTech world. Thank you! 🙏🏾✨ What experiences in your past are you thankful for?
