With the Easter long weekend coming to an end, this oil is probably getting used in most households with dōTERRA oils!
I had to apply DigestZen to my belly last night before bed after eating ALL of the food. So. Much. Food.
Anything digestion related and this oil is your best friend. Apply to the belly for an upset stomach, nausea, stomach cramping, you name it. Or you can take it internally if you don’t mind the taste of aniseed. I’m not big on aniseed so I’ll only take this one in a capsule so I can’t taste it but I know plenty of people who will add it to their water.
I’ve also used this oil when I have blocked sinuses - apply over the nose bridge, across the cheekbones and forehead for sinus relief.

•2. Look for options that consist of a balance of healthy protein🌰🥚🍗 and and carbohydrates 🍠and fats🥥.
Sometimes the yummy items are just wayyy to loaded in carbs and/or oil, making you feel tired😴😴😴and bloated.These items can often be low in nutrients, but high in calories. 🍕🍟🍔🥞🍜🥮
•3. For dessert, share one and select something with fresh fruit🍍🍇🍓🥑🥝 that help lighten up the calories, and take care of that sweet tooth, but increases the nutritional value.
