Death Road, Bolivia; the world's most dangerous road! Once famed for the amount of cars and trucks that would fall from its 600m cliffs, Death Road has now been replaced by a more suitable highway. But it's possible to cycle down!
This was something I new about long before leaving the UK 15months ago and had been one of my big bucket list items. So I was chuffed to bits to do it! Descending from 5000m high snow capped freezing Andean mountains down to 1100m tropical jungle was such an experience...seeing the breathtaking landscape change!
And I can't recommend enough the Barracuda biking tour company. The day was so we'll organised, I'd say it was the best "organised day trip" of my entire trip to date!! And thankfully I didn't fly off the edge! It was so much fun and a must-do for anybody visiting La Paz!!!

We’re wanting to turn things around for these #bruzzies and make their future brighter ❤️ please let us know if you’d like to see more posts of Rhinos and find out more about the global #conservancy programs?
