I for one, eat wayyyy above this, but I just love all🍇fruits+veg🥦💘 Since I was small I’ve always loved them, but I really do understand it’s not as easy for some :) Even if you just have 1 or 2 portions a day and build it up over time- that is going to be amazing💫 Rather than feeling “bad” for not eating enough fruit+veg, be happy >where you are< and look to build better habits over time☀️🌈
