Day 12: Keeping your gut healthy while traveling helps reduce bloating, boosts your immune system and, here’s the big one, staying regular in the pooping department 💩 plus remedying travelers diarrhea.
Now that we got that out of the way, how can you support a healthy gut? Regularly feed it probiotics, especially prior to and after your travels. Probiotics are live bacteria that live inside your gastrointestinal track that aid in digestion. Eat foods like: 🧀fermented dairy products such as yogurt, sour cream, cheese or kefir; 🥬fermented vegetables like sauerkraut or kimchi; ☕️fermented teas such as kombucha. And eat foods that feed the probiotics-these are called prebiotics:🍴raw garlic;🍴raw or cooked onion;🍴raw asparagus:🍴raw banana;🍴raw leeks;🍴raw wheat bran or baked wheat flour. .
If you don’t feel like hauling around sauerkraut in your purse, I suggest taking a powdered probiotic packet clinically shown to survive the harsh environment of your stomach acid, that contains the most researched strains of helpful bacteria, and that doesn’t need refrigeration. See link in bio to get a 3-day sample of my go-to probiotic. Your tummy will thank you! And so will the person sitting next to you on the plane. .
It’s 13 degrees and feels like -1 degree and the heat in my apartment is broke af so I’m just gonna reminisce on the time I had nachos delivered to me in the middle of the ocean and wonder why I choose to live in this damn city
Cruising 🛳 (For those who have been on a cruise before, should I just drink to get rid of this dizziness? Or does it go away? 🤔)

Well I may be missing family and friends and I may be feeling old BUT I have had a pretty awesome time celebrating my birthday so far! Thank you so much to everyone who has messaged me, feeling very #lucky#megsey🎀 #travel#performer#cruiselife
I'm so proud of her. She's started working with me on our online ventures.
Saying technology is not her thing would be an understatement. But she's rocking it lately.
On our trip, she was all about the photo ops, selfies and Facebook live videos.
I was "okay" without her, but we will be UNSTOPPABLE together.
Who do you have on your team and why are you thankful for them?
Next Monday I’ll be out in the sun ☀️ on our cruise!!! I’m getting so excited! My favorite things to do on a cruise are to eat, lay out in the sun, maybe go on the slide, go to shows, and eat. Room service, all-day ice cream, dessert bar, I’m there. Honesty time: The food isn’t super amazing all the time or even the best you have ever had (unless you go to a few select restaurants on select ships) but you better believe I try everything 😂 And we usually vlog the whole trip and all the food for YouTube too so y’all can watch! We have videos of our past cruises all up on YouTube so go check out our channel if you care ❤️ “Bradley Bromlow” is the channel and you can just search “Bromlow cruise” in the search engine. Starting to pack so comment down below something I CANNOT forget to bring! Starting to make a list. #cruiselife
